"We had a wonderful 3 nights at the Stables."
The cottage was beautifully presented, clean and cosy. The enclosed garden was a real bonus for our dog, Poppy. Lovely quiet village with very good amenities and great walks nearby. Would definitely recommend.

"Had a lovely weeks stay in The Stables."
Very cosy and well equipped with everything you could need. We stayed with our two dogs and they were even thought of with bowls, towels for drying and a throw for the sofa. Garden is enclosed, which meant they could wander and sniff. Had several meals in the pub opposite, which was great after a day’s sightseeing. Thank you for the welcome supplies.
Thank you so much Joanne for your great review. It is lovely to hear you and your dogs enjoyed your stay in Colerne and The Stables.
Many thanks Louise & Jim

"We had 3 nights here at the beautifully converted Stables."
So many original features make it so unique and we would have happily stayed longer.
It was the perfect place to use as a base whilst driving out every day to various quaint little villages, but was always so lovely coming back every night. The 2 pubs in the village were so welcoming and literally on the doorstep. We will definitely return!
Thank you so much Paula for such a great review. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and made the most of our lovely area and village. We would love to host you again.

"We enjoyed a lovely four night stay at The Stables."
Such a quiet peaceful spot, but with many attractions close by. Colerne is a charming village with two pubs and very useful couple of shops.
The cottage itself beautifully presented with all mod cons. We were sad to leave.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. Sorry to hear that you were sad to leave but hopefully that means you may want to return one day. It would be great to host you again.
Many thanks, Louise & Jim

"If you are looking for quiet and tranquility with walks for all the family (i."
E. dogs) then look no further. Great hosts and marvelous village with both pubs in very easy reach. Just be aware if you are of a nervous disposition your sat nav will take you down some very tight single track roads - I reached the point when I thought mine had become a sadist - but this doesn't detract from a great village to stay in - and a smashing wee cottage
Thank you so much Nigel for your review. We are really glad you all had an enjoyable holiday.
Oh dear, it sounds like your sat nav brought you up Tutton Hill, which is a little tight if you are not used to country lanes. The roads to the village from Ford or Batheaston are much better and wider for those not enjoying country lanes.
Many thanks again, Louise & Jim
