"The cottage was very comfortable and spotlessly clean."
It is well equipped with everything you need.
The welcome pack was good.
It is in a very quiet area, enjoyed watching the bats and owl at night, while sat in the comfortable conservatory.
The new inn pub, about 5 minutes walk away, serves good food, and the owners are very welcoming and friendly, they are also dog friendly, recommend booking, as they get busy.

"We had a lovely stay at Little Willesleigh."
It was so quiet and restful and we loved the conservatory which came in handy with the few rainy days we had. The hosts Paul and Fi could not have been more accommodating, The welcome pack was one of the best we have had, which included all the essentials and then some. Highly recommend The New Inn which was just 400yards from the property. The food there was fantastic.
We would highly recommend Little Willesleigh. Thank you we loved our stay there.

Very quiet and peaceful and the owners very friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to know each other and were very happy to stop and talk with you and recommend places of interest. The village also had an excellent restaurant which is well worth a visit.

"We had a lovely stay in this first class accommodation."
There were lots of nice touches all around and we appreciated the welcome pack to make us feel at home. The garden was dog friendly.
The owners Paul and Fi were both extremely helpful and let us use their extended garden for dog agility practice and organising charging for our hybrid car. We’d love to stay again.

"A well maintained, clean property."
The owners haven’t been at the adjoining property for long and are undertaking changes. Hopefully this will address the somewhat difficult parking arrangement needed to ensure through passage for the owners vehicles.
The conservatory was a very pleasant area to sit and read or chat. We are both tall and found the sofas in the lounge area a little narrow to provide good thigh support but I’m sure would be fine for others. Otherwise we would have scored comfort higher.
Having EV charging was a major decision maker for choosing this property and after an initial small issue, which was quickly addressed and sorted, was a great help.
The property gave us a pleasant few days away and was a good base to visit the area. We would recommend considering the property for your visit to north Devon.

"Paul made us very welcome, provided a super welcome pack, showed us round and stressed if we had any questions he and Fi were on hand nextdoor."
We were the first guests to use the EV charging point and again Paul made this available at a time convenient to us. The whole process was very straightforward.
The Annexe was lovely and light, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sitting in the conservatory watching the wren, the robin and other birds in the garden after a day out.
Cannot recommend the New Inn in Goodleigh high enough! We were made to feel like locals from the moment we walked in. However, make sure you're hungry if you plan to eat there as the portions are really generous and absolutely delicious.

"Quiet and cozy, we enjoyed our stay at little Willesleigh annex, perfect location for exploring north devon, if you can pull yourself away from the valley views over fields from the comfy conservatory."
For foodies the New Inn at the top of the road is a must, book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Thank you Paul and Fiona for the warm welcome, and milk, juice, bread, butter and wine.
Good luck with all your plans for the open plan kitchen.

"A very comfortable place to stay."
It has everything in it that you would require. The owners are new to the area and have plans to change certain aspects of the accommodation in time. They were both very welcoming and helpful. It is well situated in lovely countryside. It was a pleasure to sit and listen to the blackbirds and owls in the trees outside the lounge area. I visited the area for work purposes and I have already re-booked to return.
