  • "A fabulous position on a headland with stunning views."

However, the outside was in need of some tlc. The garden was in need of maintenance and tended to spoil the appearance. Inside, however, the rooms were large with high ceilings and fitted out with expensive furniture and fittings. The weather during our stay was appalling and the large rooms needed extra heating. Would recommend a stay here.

  • "We absolutely loved this property, so much so that we did not want to leave."

It is a very spacious property with an ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom something that we have not previously encountered. Ocean View is immaculately decorated with stunning glass ornaments and pictures ,which added to the luxury of the place. The kitchen had everything and more than anyone could need for a self catering holiday. Supermarkets were not too far away. In the summer there is an area to sit out from the living room windows overlooking the sea. The property is very secure and has parking at the front of the property. Hopefully we will be able to return to this delightful cottage in the future.

  • "The flat was beautiful in a glorious elevated position overlooking the sea, with parking right outside."

A big bonus was having the rear garden to ourselves, to relax in and take in the views. We were lucky in having seven days of sunshine! The furnishings were all of a high standard and extremely comfortable. The flat was very well equipped. We just experienced a couple of small niggles: There was a large tear in the lining of the main bedroom curtains. There were no instructions to working the tv via the freesat box. ( something we are unfamiliar with at home and which took us ages to figure out). The welcome folder should have given more info on the flat itself in addition to general info on the area. There were no receptacles for recycling. We noticed our neighbours all had separate containers. We saved our recycling all through the week but ended up placing it in one of the landfill bins. The previous occupants had not been the best at washing the crockery and cutlery. Some mugs were stained and they and some other items e.g. frying pan needed to be scrubbed. Some plates had been put away wet. We needed to rewash everything we used. Maybe something for the cleaners to check? However, these were minor issues and we would not hesitate to return to the flat on another occasion.

  • "Loved the welcome pack with its goodies and the pint of milk!"

The kitchen was very well equipped. The living room was huge and the corner sofa very comfortable. The view of the sea from the flat was fabulous, it was a real treat to wake up in the morning to the sound and sight of the waves. Would thoroughly recommend the property and look forward to staying here again.

  • "A very nicely furnished and equipped property in a lovely and quiet location with most rooms overlooking the sea."

Also a Welcome Box of local goodies, which was a much-appreciated gesture.

  • "Good all round."

WiFi seems to eb a bit flakey. Could do with some clear instruction on operating the heating

  • "Great location and well equipped flat with everything you might need."

Can't fault it. Only a shame that in a few years it may have fallen into the sea!!!! There are some scary cracks in the garden already. So sad.
