  • "Oak Barn was absolutely first class."

The interior was bright and clean, and the oak made the most of this excellent cottage. The use of an upside-down arrangement worked well, with so many windows allowing fresh air throughout. The location in the town proved extremely convenient, with local facilities only a few minutes walk, so no need to use the car. The equipment in the kitchen covered all our needs, and more. Being in such an interesting town, we would certainly consider re-booking next year.

Thanks so much for your lovely review. It’s always rewarding to us when people take the time to write one. We are so pleased that everything suited your requirements. Property Owner

  • "We loved it here."

The lounge was amazing, the kitchen had everything you could need and the beds were super comfortable. It was so kind of Andrew to leave us wine and chocolates and to take the trouble to come round to make sure everything was ok. It was literally a couple of minutes walk to the harbour, pubs and shops yet still quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly and would love to return in the future

The front court yard was safe and the short walk to the marina and shops was perfect with the adventure of the fossil beaches and nearby playground.
