We loved the position near the harbour. Pubs and restaurants within walking distance. A welcome hamper and fresh flowers were very welcome extras.

"Second visit to beach side ."
Very clean ,good position, good parking space it is a perfect place to explore Dorset beautiful coastlines. An added bonus with this flat you can take your dog so all in all the perfect place to stay in a beautiful setting. Welcome pack a big bonus we will be back

A very pleasant,clean,light and comfortable flat.
Great to have your own car space feet from door.
I take my disabled daughter,and apart from small step up into shower is very suitable for the less mobile.

"Lovely flat in a great position."
Really enjoyed morning and evening walks round the harbour. Very comfortable bed, kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. Our only slight niggle was we didn't find the seating in the living room particularly comfortable. It wouldn't put us off a future visit though if we were in the area again.

"What a well appointed and well kept property."
The welcome hamper was a treat. The owners have clearly thought of everything you might need during your visit. A special mention for Jo, who called us because she was worried that insufficient towels had been left, there were plenty but thank you anyway.
Position superb, can't get much closer to the beach or harbour plus a dedicated parking spot, very handy in such a well visited area. Summary, couldn't do better wether you're walkers, beach bums or foodies we'd definitely book again.

"We had a great time at Beach Side."
The flat is comfortable & well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great stay.
The only negative was the water pressure in the shower, but I understand that the owners are currently in discussions with Wessex Water to find a solution.
As far as local establishments to recommend for eating.
Rachels in the harbour is brilliant, but you must book & only open from 12 to 3.
Seagulls opposite the flat is excellent. Great food & service, & reasonably prices too. We went twice during our stay.
West Bay Hotel is poor so don’t bother. Just look on TA for current reviews.
Just to let you know that the water problem is all solved, but it included Wessex Water digging up the car park.
We hope that it did not spoil your stay.

"A great flat which was very clean and comfortable for 2 adults and a dog."
A real homely feel. The car park space provided was an additional bonus. Also a great situation for exploring the south west coastal path.

"Lovely Cottage."

Beautifully maintained and equipped.Completely updated and modern.Everything you would need for a nice holiday.Superb position near harbour and car park space,
Would thoroughly recommend.
Unfortunately we had to leave early through ill health,but will hopefully be back for another break soon.

"Excellent location."
Lovely furnishings and completely equipped with everything needed for a lovely holiday opposite a beautiful beach. The designated parking spot right outside the apartment was a bonus. Others have given positive feedback about the generous 'Welcome Hamper' which was much appreciated but I would also like to thank the owners for the extra finishing touch of the flowers on the dining table which lasted all week and gave me such pleasure every mealtime. Thank you.

"This property is wonderful, really spacious for two and our pet."
It was incredibly well equipped, the kitchen had everything you would need. You can see out the window and watch everyone go by. Recommend using the buses, we were there a week and only drive to charmouth once. As used the busses apart from that. Good parking as well . Lovely welcome hamper and flowers. Would thoroughly recommend . Bed was really comfy as well so slept so well.

"To start What a great location every thing on your door step."
The accomodation is excellent it is clean and has everything you need for a great holiday everything is good quality from the bedding to the lovely hamper left by the hosts. A great bonus is the parking space, you can just leave your vehicle and use the great bus service to all other locations . You can walk out of the accomodation and straight to the beach or to the harbour which both lead to great coastal walks, A very dog friendly place, even able to travel on the buses. We got to meet the host who if you needed was on hand. Could not fault anything about the place and would highly recommend to anyone. You would not be disappointed.

"This accommodation was absolutely wonderful, having been recently decorated and up-graded."
The colouring and furnishings were beautifully co-ordinated and nothing was missing by way of facilities or equipment. The Hosts had left a picnic basket full of extras such as bread, crisps, butter milk and even a bottle of wine! There was also a bunch of white Tulips in a vase on the Dining Table which just added to the welcome. The designated parking space at the back of the flat was much appreciated.
