Property exceeded expectations. Area wonderful, very peaceful. Access to shop/pubs nearby. Outside area; paved terrace with seating. Ample parking. Small paddock safe for the children to play in at the rear of the house.

This is an excellent house with spectacular views. Fantastic kitchen and brilliant sun room! Lettermore is surprisingly well-provided with facilities e.g a useful shop (always open) just down the lane.
