  • "Had a really lovely short stay."

The Hayloft is probably the cleanest cottage I have stayed in and well equipped. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again if revisiting the area.

  • "Me and my partner had lovely stay at the Hayloft."

Richard and Lindsey were really welcoming and greeted us on the first day to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were looking for a really relaxing get away so stayed in every night by the fire. The only issue we had was that the sofa was a little uncomfortable because we could feel the springs. The kitchen was perfect and I really enjoyed cooking in it every day. The master bedroom had twin beds pushed together which made it a little awkward to sleep in as a couple, however as there was only 2 of us, we slept in one of the upstairs bedroom which had a double bed, which was super comfortable. I would love to book again, however as me and partner enjoy cosy nights in by the fire, so the sofa would be an issue for us unfortunately. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Thank you for your comments and sorry to hear about the sofa. A local Upholster visited yesterday and was able to fit additional foam to the seat cushions - which has given them a new lease of life. Property Owner
