    • “What a delightful little cottage, with absolutely all the amenities one could wish for, plus a host and hostess who couldn't do enough for us. The welcome cake and drinks were the icing on the cake. Location was fantastic, with so many activities and attractions within minutes of the cottage. Even the trip up to Beatrix Potter's home was not a long drive. Very happy to recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice little bolt hole".”

    • “We had a lovely week's stay in this cottage which was ideal for my wife and I. The cottage was ideally situated for the area around Windermere and nearby Kendal. Furthermore it was clean and tidy and in a quiet area of the village-would certainly recommend if you wanted to visit this part of the Lake Distrct”

    • “Lovely little cottage in Levens.”

    • “This lovely little cottage was a real find in a small village. Location just off the M6, but far enough away not to be bothered by it. Allowed access to all areas of the Lake District, a wonderful location. The locals were very friendly, as were the owners who made us very welcome, nothing was to much trouble for them. We found that the BT hub didn't work but they were in communications with BT for a resolution. We also felt that having to leave at 10am, was a little early but otherwise no other complaints, a truly lovely little place. We would definitely visit again.”
