"We had a wonderful stay here."
The accommodation is stylish, modern and has a fantastic view of the nearby peaks and green fields. Our dog loved playing in the large garden on the property. The hosts Pam and Neil were very welcoming and we were blown away with their hospitality. We had just married and they went well above and beyond, gifting a card and a bottle of champagne to us. The welcome basket was high quality. Would highly recommend, a great experience and value for money.

"Amazing place."
spotless and friendly welcome. Only 1 thing i could possibly pull up was the shower. No pressure. Other than this we had an amazing few days of peace and quiet and we will be returning in the warmer months.

The perfect location for a relaxing trip, views were amazing. Pam and Neil were the perfect hosts, greeted us with the best welcoming pack, never had so much on arrival. Always on hand to assist with any needs. Zuma (dog) loved the walks in the countryside. We will definitely return again.

It was very clean and has a well planned layout. The external balcony & garden for the dog completed this great use of space. The welcome pack was the most generous we have received. Hope to get back next year.

"By far the best property we have stayed at with our dog in the UK (and we have stayed in quite a few)."
It is clean, spacious and the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure people staying in their property are well looked after. The property is a very good size, especially the bathroom. There is a large enclosed garden which was great for our dog. The welcome pack was incredible, wine, beer, milk, bread, biscuits, fruit and more. It was thoughtful and generous. Cleaning products were provided. More than you would expect and also full sized items. Items such as washing up liquid, anti-bacterial spray, kitchen roll, bin bags on a roll etc. A nice touch in the bathroom was a laundry basket. Something so simple that makes a huge difference much better than having to store dirty clothes in a bag or suitcase. The bedding and towels smelled clean and fresh and the scent lasted for nearly the full week. Location is excellent. Easy to get to Carlisle, Penrith and of course the Lakes. We had a lovely week staying at The Studio - Charonini and would definitely recommend this property.

Spotlessly clean, the owners Pam and Neil are really friendly and welcoming! We really appreciated the lovely welcome pack and the garden was a fab size for our dog! Pam was also a super, friendly host and provided a lovely welcome hamper on arrival. Only 20 or so minutes drive from Ullswater for a walk by the water and around 45 minutes to an hour’s drive from Windermere and Grizedale Forest - a perfect little break away

"An immaculate place with all the comforts of home."
Private garden with a choice of settings in which to relax. Friendly accommodating hosts and a very generous welcome hamper. The best of both worlds, panoramic countryside views, and Penrith, Keswick, and Ullswater within 30 mins, with all the fellwalking you will ever need. I have stayed in many holiday homes and this is one of the most outstanding, for comfort and value.

Excellent welcoming pack. Very spacious studio layout. We liked the open plan space. There was everything we needed in the kitchen, and more. The bathroom was excellent, again everything you needed.
Lovely views across farmland and the hills.
It is perfect for visiting the lake district, close to the motorway and A66.
Very welcoming hosts.
Would visit again.

Pam and Neil the owners are lovely.
They did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The welcoming pack we recieved on arrival was the best we have ever had! The studio was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay.
The location of the property is excellent for getting to the lakes, pennines, yorkshire dales and Gretna Green.

"The studio Charonini is an absolute gem of a property!"
Stood in a slightly elevated position overlooking the Cumbrian landscape with spectacular views. There is a decking area to the side of the property where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine whilst taking in the view.
The hosts Pam & Neil were so welcoming and very friendly, we really enjoyed our daily chats with them. The very generous welcome pack is the best we’ve ever had. The property itself is very modern and finished to a high standard. It’s immaculate and has everything you need for a perfect stay. It has an enclosed rear garden that our dog Milo loved chasing his ball around. The location is perfect for visiting the Lakes and Southern Scotland. I can’t recommend this property enough! You need to book a stay to see for yourself! We will definitely be returning. Massive thanks to Pam & Neil!

The hosts Pam and Neil where so welcoming and friendly. The welcome pack of food and drink we received when we arrived was amazing and unexpected. The studio was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog, Tia loved it . Location was ideal for visiting the Lakes and south Scotland. The views from the studio are spectacular and I can't recommend staying here enough!. We will definitely come back.

At first we thought it was not in a very good position for the Lake District but found it perfect for visiting all areas of the lakes the longest journey was 45 minutes shortest 10 to pooly bridge Neil and Pam the owners are a lovely friendly couple who made our stay with them very special. Well worth a visit

The owners kept their distance but were always on hand should we have had any issues - a careful & welcome mix. Views were amazing & owners also kindly left some goodies in fridge & on the bench upon our arrival- much appreciated. I would definitely stay again. Also very dog friendly & garden large & well maintained & our dog loved it.

Pam & Neil were welcoming hosts, and made sure we didn’t want for anything during our stay. Lovely surprise breakfast hamper and drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch.
The studio was very well appointed and even had use of the bbq, which came in very handy with the great weather we had. Nice secure garden for Otto our Daschund and fantastic views from the raised patio/veranda. Overall a great stay, and we look forward to our next visit.

Everything about it was perfect, beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated the thought that had gone into creating a an energy efficient and sustainable property, and the little touches like bamboo toothbrushes and the generous food and drink pack were really lovely. The hosts were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing break in this beautiful part of the country.
