"Wonderful Property, Exactly as described."
I particularly liked the fact that each hut was set so that it didn't overlook another, even when in the hot tub. Very kind, helpful family, they should advertise their eggs are for sale!!! They were delicious!

"We stayed here just after the new year."
we really enjoyed our stay in Beech pod.
It was modern well equipped and spotlessly clean and the hot tub was amazing.
The pods are situated in a peaceful setting with beautiful scenery making our stay very relaxing but it was also a short walking distance to the small town of Ulverston with a good variety of eateries. this is an ideal area for exploring the Lake District or just chilling.
Ian and Carol were great hosts and introduced us to some of the farm animals which was a great experience.
You can really see the hard work Carol and Ian put in to keep the pods hot tubs and the grounds up to a exceptional high standard.
we will hopefully return sometime soon and will be recommending to our friends and family.

"We loved our stay in the Beech."
We had everything we needed and we felt like at home. The only thing I would recommend to change is the matress as it was worn out and we could feel it. The rest was perfect!

"Everything was great all the facilities were excellent newly built pod’s very comfortable also Clare is an excellent host, she’s always there if you need anything."

Such a beautiful place breathtaking scenery the pods are kept extremely clean and the hot tub is treated every day
Carol and ian are lovely hosts very friendly approachable and so helpful recommending us on lovely walks and places to eat and drink it was so peaceful and tranquil sat outside amongst all their livestock looking out to the hills and we enjoyed our daily visits from their two friendly dogs Meg and ruby and all the chickens a great stay and will definitely be back

"Lovely pod which was spotless and well equipped."
We were very comfortable and the views were amazing. The hot tub was used well at night and we had a fabulous clear night star gazing. This is a farm so lots of animals around which we loved but not noisy and the hosts were friendly. A great stay to get away from it all, would definitely go back.

The pod was exactly as described, very clean and good facilities. We found the location great - not too far away from the main attractions/lakes but far enough to have a quiet soak in the hot tub in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!

The Beech glamping pod was amazing, beautiful and more than we could ever of imagined. It was perfect in size, very clean and tidy, and absolutely perfect for a family holiday. Ian and Carol were the nicest of host's and we're very accommodating. It's perfectly close to amenities, and lots to see and do xx

The view around the cottage was stunning. The hot tub is very well maintained and was the best part after a long hike. The owners are very friendly and polite. Animals at the farm are another attraction. We had a great time and will surely return. I do recommend everyone for a fantastic holiday.

"The second we arrived we were absolutely astounded."
The views and the site was immaculate. The pod was welcoming and comfortable and could clearly see the hard work Carol and Ian had put into it. They were so lovely and we are happy to say we’ve booked again to go in August with the kids this time. Many thanks for a perfect stay guys. See you in a couple of months!!!

"The set up fantastic."
The farm works great for families, especially curious kids. Farmer Ian took his time to explain and show all the animals and more. The cabin was the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in and by far the best equipped. The hot tub at night and the views in the day, just amazing! We will definitely be back!!!! Overall fantastic!
