  • "We all thought the lodge was excellent in terms of comfort and layout."

We were somewhat disappointed as we had 3 days without internet coverage this is not acceptable in today's age of dependence. Small items such as no kitchen role basics such as sugar a few tea bags just some basic essentials were a must. We found remains of snacks under the setee cushions . Did we enjoy yes would we recommend yes would we return yes. Thanks hope this feedback is a positive

  • "We had a wonderful weekend break at Puddleduck Lodge, the Lodge was of a very high standard and the attention to detail was exquisite."

It was perfectly situated for access to Lake Windermere and the surrounding area. We had the good fortune to speak to the owner, John, a couple of times, who was lovely and very knowledgeable about the local amenities. We were very sad to leave but we are already planning our return. Until the next time, thank you xx

  • "5 * A beautifully presented lodge very close to the lake."

The decor inside is modern with a bright and airy feel whilst still maintaining a homely feel. The lodge had everything we needed. It was clean, the beds were comfy & there was plenty of space in each room for storage. Fantastic on site facilities and entertainment for children. We had lovely weekend away & will definitely be back.... thank you
