  • "Unfortunately when we arrived the bath and upstairs sink were unusable as was the hallway light."

We had to clean the toilet area when we got there and there was no toilet paper, bath towels or tea towels. Other basic essentials like bleach kitchen towels etc were not available although to be fair the owner did come and provide bathtowels when called. The cottage is fine but really would benefit from simple additions like coat hooks and wardrobes. TV only recieved BBC1 and 2, anything else was subject to interference or not available.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday For me a few kitchen utensils were missing I take all my food and I don't normally book anywhere without a half fridge half freezer but we liked the look and destination of Kings court, the summary just says fridge so that should be amended because I would have taken different food with me, we also liked shops were only 2 minutes away overall iff the price is right next year we would possibly look at coming again

Thank-you very much for your feedback. I can confirm I have upgraded the missing kitchen knives. it was lovely to meet you and we look forward to welcoming you again in 2024. Property Owner

  • "Not as described on the listing"

As you were my first family in the property, all the beds, mattresses, bedding were completely brand new. The kitchen plus white goods, oven and all electrical goods, completely brand new. So I am at a loss as to what was not comfortable? As for cleanliness, the same as it was all brand new. Your children damaged my property, furnishings, cut my carpet, whilst not being watched by yourself. I imagine this is why you have rated it so poorly? However you stated you had a pleasant stay! Again, I am sorry to see you have left such a negative response, after I accommodated your house move with free garage storage for you also. Property Owner
