  • "Immaculately clean and well equipped."

Beautiful setting , private and well thought out accommodation.

  • "The prosecco and snacks on arrival was a really nice touch as we'd had a really long drive so thank you!"

The pod was perfect, everything really clean, warm and cosy and great for what we needed it for! Unfortunately, under the water on the floor of the hot tub seemed to have a slight green coating. For this reason we didn't use it, might just need a bit more regular maintenance during the winter months. We'll definitely stay here again, we also really loved the animals around the site, and the missus was in love with the cat! Thanks for everything, see you next time

Everything was perfect! One night we got lucky enough that the sky was clear and we sat in the hot tub and watched the stars - pure magic! Thank you for the most relaxing stay!

  • "Whilst we enjoyed our u stay, we were a little disappointed as the matress was so old an uncomfortable."

Way too soft with a permanent dip in the middle. Additionally, there were no clear instructions for the hot tub which w simply could not get to a usable temp. The site warden wasn’t helpful win called about this. If that was me, I’d pay h customer a visit to help them get the best possible experience from their stay. The hot tub was the main reason for our booking too. The internal furnishings are nice and the Prosecco is a nice touch but unless the hot tub is useable the offer doesn’t provide good value for money.

  • "We absolutely loved our stay here the owners are very helpful and friendly."

The pod was very clean and tidy and beautiful with a gorgeous view. The only thing I would say to improve is somewhere to keep your clothes as we was living out of our bags which is fine but I think just to improve a little box to put your clothes or something would make it better also maybe some curtains or blinds on the doors you don’t really need them as no one can see you as it’s just fields opposite but I think it would have made me feel more comfortable to just have that privacy. The pod was amazing though and will be booking again and recommending friends.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! There are now curtains in the pods and the bed open for storage of your bags. Unfortunately being only 8ft by 12ft pods there is little room for wardrobes. Property Owner

  • "Well what can I say, an absolute beautiful pod and location."

The pod smelt brand new, very very clean and had every thing you need in there. It’s very private and secure. We took our Labrador with us and he loved it too, he couldn’t get out of the grounds and it was plenty big enough for him to run around and play. He loved walking to say hi to the horses and sheep at the farm. Very high up in the mountain so we had the most beautiful views, and the sound of the small river running down next to the grounds was lovely and relaxing. Only a five minute drive to Barmouth Beach which is beautiful. It’s just a shame that the weather turned for a couple of days, but it didn’t spoil our time here. The only qualm I have is that there wasn’t enough wood to use the hot tub every night, there was only enough for 1 night and we were staying for 4

So glad you enjoyed your stay! We tend to leave 2 nets of logs foe you on areival as part of your welcome pack. As it states in our guest book more can be purchased feom us and there are lots of shops locally that also sell logs. Property Owner

Plenty of room for a dog in an enclosed garden, perfect. 10 mins away from Barmouth see side town if you fancy a day out or the lovely village of Dolgellau , would recommend.

  • "We've just returned from a wonderful week at Eirlys."

Our first glamping experience and all of our expectations were exceeded. The pod was spotlessly clean, cosy and extremely well equipped. Located in a beautiful, secluded setting, all we could hear was the nearby steam, the birds singing and the occasional sheep. We instantly felt relaxed when we arrived. The area was very dog friendly, so our Westie could freely roam without us worrying where he was. Our mornings were spent eating our breakfast outdoors and planning our day and our evenings we're spent watching the sky, satellites and shooting stars from the wood fired hot tub. There was no light pollution at all so we had quite a show. It was a short drive to the beautiful beach at Barmouth and there are some lovely shops and restaurants nearby. There is lots to do in the area. We were very sad to leave and, without a doubt, will be booking a return visit to Eirlys and this beautiful part of Wales.

  • "My stay at Eirlys was perfect and just what I needed before my mad rush back to work."

The drive through was beautiful, the scenery was so picturesque, it was breath taking. Yes I had to stop a few times to take a few pictures and videos, although I feel they do not to the place justice. The owners give clear instructions on how to find them, I took a lovely picture of the red telephone box. I am always dubious about the cleanliness of a place when I travel, and usuallyend up cleaning before i unpack and settle in, but Eirlys was impeccably clean and tidy, it even smelt brand new, which gave me such comfort and put me at ease straight away. Being in the middle of over a 800 acre farm, one may feel a little uneasy, but I cannot express how safe I felt. There was a still and calmness about Eirlys that just put me at ease straight away. The kitchen was really functional, with all the amenities you could need. I personally went to the local co-op, which was 13 minutes away in the car, and cooked everyday. This allowed me to find new spots to take photos! Eirlys has, a hot tub and a bbq/fire pit which came with clear instructions, and if you needed a little extra help, Claire and her husband left their mobile numbers in the welcome pack for you to contact them, which I did, and Claire was able to advise me on what I needed to do. The small touches at Eirlys are what makes it feel special. The snacks and prosecco on the table for us were delightful and could well be eaten while reading through the welcome pack. Inside the cabin/pod is well thought out, again on holiday I usually have to take an extension lead to plug in my laptop and phone, but the planning inside was brilliant. The plug sockets over the bed is a brilliant idea, and allowed me to complete some studies in comfort. I always bring a small Bluetooth speaker with me to listen to my Jazz while I work and study, but I didn't need it as Eirlys has bluetooth speakers in the roof!! I sat with the doors open and my Jazz on whilst finishing my studies and it was bliss. Eirlys is set in a beautifully picturesque place with a fresh stream on your doorstep, which I managed to get in and take some more pictures. I stayed at Eirlys for a week, and my reason for booking Eirlys was to sit in peace a quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, finish my courses for my business, with no distractions, before I go back to work, and I managed to do just that, so I am truly blessed and grateful for that. I would and am recommending Eirlys for a beautiful getaway or weeks stay. Thank you Claire

Ah you are very welcome! So glad tou found the peace you needed! xx Property Owner

  • "This is it guys and look no further!"

Highly recommend this pod.. Pod was extremely stunning, clean, tidy in and out, and pod was located close to riverside with an excellent privacy! In fact what we met surpassed our expectation on our arrival! Although we got lost on our first day and the only one thing I could point out was:- They need to put a "sign with an arrow" to turn right at the second entrance before the narrow bridge as the Sat navigation kept saying keep left and then took us to a wrong place, but luckily we met with someone who directed us back before we could find the location of the pod... However, Pod is 10/10 (5 stars)
