“Stunning place. Beautiful house ...”Stunning place. Beautiful house with everything you could possibly want. Outstanding views and plenty of space for the children to play football on. The house itself was beautiful. All finished to a high standard, clean and well furnished. Lots of space so everyone is not on top of each other. Owners were welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. A loaf of Bara Brith was waiting on arrival. Would definitely visit again.

There is lovely walking and horse riding in the nearby Dyfnant Forest, a remote 6000 acre forest on high ground which descends spectacularly down towards Lake Vyrnwy. The lake, with an 11 mile circumference, is a magnificent beauty spot which is famous throughout the UK for its scenic walks, cycle trails, and bird watching. The area is renowned for its green hills and mountains, castles such as medieval Powis Castle and gardens (National Trust), museums and the Montgomery Canal.
