  • "Stayed at Pen y banc for my partners Birthday celebrations."

    Fabulous place to stay

  • "Pen y Banc was an excellent property in a stunning location."

A beautiful house, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Spacious and very comfortable (particularly the beds). And that lovely view from the big patio windows. We had a lovely weekend, and enjoyed the hot tub! The host was very welcoming and friendly. Useful fenced garden and terrace area for the dog.

Steve was incredibly helpful during our stay as well. I'd happily recommend the cottage to anyone staying in the area.

  • "Pen-y-Banc is exceptional."

Spacious, well equipped, with effective heating and showers and a good selection of beds that should suit most parties. This the first cottage I have stayed in for some time in which I have not had to sleep on the floor thanks to my need for a firm and zero-sag mattress: one of the beds met this need. This place also boasts perhaps the finest view I have ever seen from a cottage in forty years of UK self catering holidays. The only point I would flag to newcomers is that the best way to find it is to use the precise map reference given in the key collection email, because the drive is easily missed.

  • "Fantastic property in a great location, the views are marvellous."

We had a fabulous week and visited many great places, all within an hours drive. It was a pity the weather was not better, too cold to use the hot tub most evenings and to many clouds to appreciate the night sky. The property itself is very well laid out, well appointed and very comfortable. My wife loved the wall colour and took the name of the paint. Will look to come back some time next year. Great food at the seven stars, shame about the parking at the pub. Many thanks for a great holiday.

He was the perfect host! The property was exactly as described and more than met our expectations. Beds were extremely comfortable. Spacious living and dining areas. Outside seating was stunning and the hot tub was gorgeous! The whole family loved our holiday and nobody wanted to leave! THANK YOU

  • "The holiday home has the most incredible view !"

The home too is so comfortable, spacious and everything is of a very high standard. We had the most amazing week - I can honestly say that it was our best family holiday. We enjoyed star-gazing in the hot tub in the evenings and in the day, we explored the stunning countryside. There is so much to see and do. This property is ideally located to visit the mountains, or to visit the beaches.

  • "Do not hesitate to book Pen-Y-Banc!"

As well as being set above the most beautiful valley with a stunning view, and it’s own resident Buzzard who visited us daily, it is a fabulous bungalow, with all home comforts (the mattresses in all 4 rooms are the most comfortable!). There is everything you need in the kitchen for self catering, as well as loads of storage and cupboard space, a pantry and utility room, the list goes on. The hot tub is lovely and again enjoys the beautiful view down the valley. Book it!

The photos do not do this beautiful cottage justice! The property is kept to a very high standard, and the spacious rooms were such a treat. The highlight of the location is by far the hot tub looking out over the gorgeous views. We will definitely be back again. Thank you.
