  • "Loved staying in the quint town of Keith."

Lovely local shops and busy streets. The dancehall that we stayed was really comfortable and modern. Unfortunately we stayed during a hot spell in September and no air conditioning or windows on the second floor made it tough to get rest. Bathrooms, kitchen & living spaces were very well kept and freshly decorated.

  • "Lovely apartment good location, only one thing I would say I nearly never booked it as the cancellation policy was restrictive."

As a business traveller some times things change. Mostly they don’t, however for this reason I look at hotels as you don’t lose all your money if you cancel.

About the location

KEITH

Dufftown 11 miles; Aberdeen 49 miles; Inverness 55 miles

The small market town of Keith in the north east of Scotland is situated about mid way between the city of Aberdeen to the east and the city of Inverness to the west. Keith is truly in the heart of the Speyside Malt Whisky Country with its many distilleries and visitor centres. The friendly town boasts good facilities with a selection of shops, hotels and restaurants and also has its own 18 hole golf course and three tennis courts! Keith is home to the original Kilt School of Scotland, the only one of its kind where traditional kilt making skills can still be seen today. The area is not only rich in distilleries but also in castles and the ruins of Balvenie Castle near Dufftown are well worth a visit as the castle has hosted guests such as Mary Queen of Scots and Edward 1.
