  • "Small Fridge Didn't Work Gone Off Milk In The Fridge."

Metal Bar Around Floor Carpet/Kitchen Area Not Fixed Wife Tripped On It. Shower Sliding Door Was Had To Screw Two Screws in So it Was Safe To Use. Coat Pegs By Large Fridge Loose (Didn't Use) Because Of This.

  • "Expected a sea view from the advert, but given the coastal erosion, we’re glad it was set back a bit!"

Could have done without the big fridge freezer blocking the coat rack. Cleanliness a 4 star because the bins need sterilising before a new bag put in and attention to the mould and scale of the shower head is needed. The old and rickety white cupboard in bathroom also useless. However, owners were quick to replace the TV remote and it was warm, the bed comfortable and everything we needed provided. Thankyou.

It has not been positioned as a sea view. It is 25 yards from the sea but does not face the sea. It has a fantastic all day sun view. We dealt with the only issues discussed with us. We will replace the storage in the bathroom. The cleanliness issues are unfounded and checks are done every week by us and the cleaning company. I hope you still had a good time and a pleasant trip home. The larger fridge freezer is provided so that families can fit in a weekly shop. Property Owner

  • "No 7 was a delight to stay, ideally situated for walking, village amenities."

The pool was beautifully maintained and clean. Previous guests have commented on a booklet being available containing information on equipment in the bungalow and perhaps a few tourists details. Maintenance: replace light bulbs in bathroom, Lounge dimmer switch needs attention as does the extract fan and towel rail

I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. I will look at each of your points. Yes - we will be providing a welcome booklet for Bungalow 7. Thanks for tasking the time to respond. Property Owner

  • "Be nice to have a general information pack, places to visit, clubhouse, swimming pool etc."

Also a hairdryer, and bigger bath towels would have been nice.

All good ideas for improvement. Thanks Property Owner

  • "Absolutely fantastic stay, bungalow was spotless and its so peaceful."

It's the little things that the owner did a pint of milk in the fridge, dishwasher tablets under sink, tea, coffee, sugar and all the cleaning materials needed to leave it clean when we left. Thank you very much we will be back.

Thanks for the great feedback. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely stay at bungalow 7 the owner was very informative on our arrival with emails and texts."

The bungalow had all we needed very clean and comfortable very good power shower and great Wi-Fi. We ate at the on site pub/clubhouse and the pub across the road we also had a just eat delivery from greggs for breakfast. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool on site and enjoyed walks along the beach and at the nearby Corton woods we would be happily to return.

Thanks for the great feedback. We love it when people enjoy their breaks at our homes. Property Owner

  • "The picture,s shown when we booked the bungalow, shown a sea view."

There is no sea view, your view is 3 bungalows opposite. It felt like we were on a housing estate, not a holiday resort. The bungalow was excellent, very clean and fully equipped. The resort is not very good, no one on reception, food was okay but the length of time to get a breakfast was 40 mins. There were only three other people in there. Went to have a game of bingo, ticket sales opens at 7pm. We got there at 6.15, to every table being reserved ridiculous. We left on Thursday morning, not very happy.

  • "Very disappointing."

Bungalow was not clean and it smelt terrible. Carpets were smelly. On arrival I had to clean worktops, sink and bathroom. Luckily I had brought some cleaning products of my own as there were none left at the bungalow. We were only given one towel each for the whole weeks stay, with no spares. Beds were OK, but very hard and uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture was in a poor condition. Overall a very disappointing experience.
