  • "Great property, it would have been top marks all round if it wasn’t for the Sky Glass tv in lounge."

This just kept stopping and jumping making it hard to watch. We know this is not the owners fault (who is lovely) but because of the signal not being strong enough to cope in this area. Tv in bedroom is fine.

  • "The property was a little gem, everything was provided."

Only criticism is the WiFi for the Glass tv is hit and miss, might be a problem for some people who are tv buffs. The property is situated on a equestrian centre surrounded by fields and open countryside.Lin the host was very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.

  • "We had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious apartment."

The owner was very accommodating and caring. When we arrived the owner had left fresh flowers, a beautifully laid table ready for a romantic dinner and prepared the log burner to add a warm glow to add to the central heating. Thoroughly recommend.

The annexe was absolutely stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed, the lounge and the dining area was very comfortable. The sky glass and log fire made it home from home. The bedroom and bathroom was outstanding with little extras like the tv that came out the bottom of the bed. Lynn the host was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go again

  • "The Annexe is a cosy, well equipped bolt hole in the quiet Norfolk countryside."

The property is comfortable, tastefully decorated, clean and pleasant to be in. The Skyglass TV is brilliant, though the internet signal could be better. Owner Lin is on site, very approachable, considerate, and efficient with information and contacts. All in all, fully recommended.

  • "Very comfortable property with quality amenities."

My only problem was it is rather "in the stix" so I had trouble finding my way back after a day out. But perhaps that's just me.

  • "We arrived at The Annexe last Sunday."

Lin was there to greet us. She showed us into the annexe and it was exactly as it looked on the photos. Very clean and everything you could possibly want. Lin showed us how to use the heating and the wood burner. We didn’t use the heating at all the wood burner was perfect. The bathroom and bedroom were excellent . The shower was incredible. Waking up in the morning to horses in the next field was great after a perfect nights sleep. Would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

Pleases note the telephone number given for this property is not correct and since you are supposed to telephone 2 days prior to going I ended up talking to a gentleman nothing to do with Norfolk but 5 miles away from where I live ,I did phone Sykes requested the correct no to be told they would deal with it on my behalf not so , so we ended up travelling running late and being unable to let tge owner know, however the property is lovely as is the owner but please note sometimes television can be lost or frozen due to where the transmitter is,

  • "We had a lovely stay in the Annex it was home from home with wonderful views the perfect holiday setting for calm and peace."

The shower is wonderful a great experience. The wi-fi is a bit weak and lets you down with the sky glass but there is a back up in the bedroom which is perfect . Lin is lovely and very approachable with any problems. strongly recommended

  • "Ok furnished to a very high standard, but very quirky."

For example there is a slow cooker and dishwasher. Who is going to need a slow cooker ? And only 2 large plates for the dishwasher ? There is no “sound bar”. The sky glass TV simply does not work. The bed TV does because it’s connected to a sky dish. There are several properties here and I wonder how noisy it gets when fully occupied. On the plus side, fully equipped with food and toiletries basics. Really needs a briefing pack including contacts for doctor, dentist and nearest chemist. Well located for north Norfolk attractions. Lack of a hairdryer is just another quirk.

  • "Lovely new cottage Good quality Wi-Fi awful either blocking or not available very annoying as main tv is sky glass and unavailable when Wi-Fi down."

Which was most of time. No hairdryer had to purchase one . Lack of local information available places to visit. Eating and shopping details etc No welcome pack. Tea coffee sugar and milk but apart from milk had to be replaced before leave. Very clean and owners very nice. Great area central to coast and Broads. Ideal cottage for quiet break if Wi-Fi sorted out.

It was so nice, cosy and peaceful. We were the first guests to stay so felt very special and very welcome. The hosts were lovely and very attentive. Got everything we needed and was around if we needed anything. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the TV built in was amazing! The shower was incredible! There was great scenery and surroundings. The garden was lovely to sit in. We felt very happy on our stay. The Annexe was fully equipped with everything we needed and had great facilities in every room. It was a really nice holiday for us and there was many beaches and places to visit nearby. There was a lovely little walk near by as well to get some fresh air. We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like our own little home for the week :) It was very clean and tidy and the fire was so cosy! Was very warm in every room which was lovely. A really nice place to stay. Will definitely be back :)

Thank you for your lovely comments; I am thrilled you were pleased with the results of our hard working getting it refurbished. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. Property Owner
