  • "There were no dish cloths, luckily we had brought some, that is our only criticism, a lovely cosy flat, very close to great walks, dog friendly pub, The Castle View was lovely."

    We will return.

  • "Found the check in time too late as nearly a full day wasted."

Flat was cold, it took ages to get warm. Nice gesture with the proseco and lemon cakes and milk.

  • "Wow! I have stayed in many holiday rentals as a solo traveller and this little haven has it all."

Perfect location, clean, stylish design and all necessities for a great stay. An ideal base for exploring the coast. I walked to Conwy and got the marvellous Deganwy train service to Llandudno, Bangor and Colwyn Bay. I would love to return with my partner and our dog and would definitely choose Mona!

  • "The apartment was well situated in the village and in easy reach of the beach."

Whilst small, the kitchen was well equipped. The welcome prosecco was a lovely touch

  • "Just far too small for us."

The kitchen and bathroom were the smallest we have experienced. No ventilated lobby between them either. The worst aspect, however, was the auto light in the rear lobby which shone extremely bright light into the bedroom each time I used the bathroom at night with no apparent override switch. Did try to contact the owner but he didn't return my call. No direct ventilation in the bedroom either.

  • "Mona House is a beautiful stay."

Great location and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and comfy sofas. All round great. The only thing I would suggest the owners do is replace the table and chairs out back with something more usable. They are thin and fragile. These didn’t stop us having a great time though.

  • "We have just returned from a lovely week's holiday staying at flat 1a Mona house."

It had everything we needed for a comfortable break, bed was very comfortable and the flat was dog friendly. It was very clean and well equipped. It is based in a quite area , there are lots of lovely walks and few minutes from the beach. The only thing we would suggest is a small welcome pack including milk and dog bowl. We would highly recommend this flat if you are looking for a relaxing week away. We will definitely be booking again . Thank you Teresa and Fred

About the location

DEGANWY

Conwy 2 miles; Llandudno 3.5 miles.

The town of Deganwy, on the banks of the River Conwy at the mouth of the Estuary, is a very popular holiday destination. Deganwy has a marina, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and retains the ruins of Deganwy Castle, built in 1082 but later demolished. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range to enjoying the castles, mines, beaches and gardens of this beautiful stretch of the North Wales Coast. Deganwy is only a few miles from the holiday resorts of Conwy and Llandudno; Conwy boasts a medieval castle, town walls and a marina, plus winding streets which offer something for shoppers and diners alike. Llandudno was very popular during the Victorian era, and this is evident in the architecture and the very impressive promenade. The town also has a pier with family attractions, a theatre and for the more adventurous, a dry ski slope! Between Deganwy, Llandudno and Conwy, this area has so much to offer the entire family.
