  • "The cottage exceeded our expectations , looks better in real life than on photos ."

The bed is a top quality mattress, it was so comfortable. The hot tub was the best money can buy , the welcome basket was so generous with extra treats for our dogs . The owner met us with great tips on things to do in the area which we followed and we had a great time . But the bonus for us having our spaniels was being able to go on an off lead walk every morning though a private wooded back garden with hammock that lead to a walk with waterfalls . Highly recommended . We loved it here

  • "Beautiful setting."

Also a bird watchers paradise. I could have sat for hours. A lovely cosy bungalow with an open fire if required. We did on the last night. Full sky TV package too if you like your TV programmes but to be honest the hottub for us was the star of the show. After a full day out hiking and beach combing that was our delight. Very relaxed about our big hairy dog too! The house is very dog friendly too with wood floors..easier for us the keep his floof swept up. And he loved his doggy treats as much as we loved our welcome treats too! Thankyou for having us and being so helpful and kind. We found Ann's kitchen in Mochdre on the way home as suggested! You were right about the breakfast..it was to.die for! We hope to visit again soon. Jayne, David and Fen

  • "We want to share a big thank you to Graham and Karen for the incredible hospitality you provided during our stay."

The welcome pack and thoughtful dog treat were a delightful surprise, making us feel truly at home. The extra touch of a birthday bottle of wine for our celebration was the perfect cherry on top. Your warmth and attention to detail, along with the top-class hot tub, made our experience memorable. The cottage was perfect - we had everything we needed and more. Beautiful walks from the door. Lovely local pubs and butchers on the door step. We really loved our stay. Thank you both for making it so wonderful. We already can't wait to come back!

  • "We had a great time."

The bath hot tap went faulty but was fixed in same day whilst we were out. Used the car each day on short tours. You can take the dog a walk in the morning around the back of the house and up the fairly steep garden.

We pride ourselves on the cottage being spotless on handover and have always received 100% reviews for cleanliness. We therefore cannot understand a 75% score for this and would appreciate knowing why you scored us so low, so if there is a problem we can remedy it. Property Owner

The welcome treats a lovely surprise. Lovely comfortable bed. Hot tub was fabulous, the solar lights and music facility a bonus, even in pouring rain it was still relaxing. We didn’t get to light the ready built fire as it wasn’t cold enough! Lovely friendly hosts, would definitely return. 11 out of 10 for our stay

  • "Really delightful place, semi-detached but owners are quiet and very friendly."

Had everything we wanted out of a holiday to chill out, and there's plenty to see and do in the area. Place is also dog friendly. The forest tracks out the back of the property provide some excellent walks too. Everything in the house was clean and tidy and the hot tub was clean and well maintained.

Thanks for your feedback. It was a pleasure having you as guests- Jove is a really beautiful well behaved dog ! You left the cottage very clean and tidy which we appreciated, and we would love to see you staying again in future. You will no doubt appreciate that we have followed up your helpful suggestions and the cottage now has extra coat hangers in the wardrobe, a hoover for guests use and an ironing board as well as the clothes steamer. • "This is a lovely home to stay in and the host was very welcoming."

The property is attached to the owners home, the location is perfect for visiting Llandudno, Betws Y Coed. The property itself benefits by way of sky TV and a smart TV to enable you to login to Netflix & Prime, it has a lovely hot tub with blue tooth and a seated area outside with a fire pit, it also has the most comfortable bed (too comfortable I didn't want to get up!). A lovely welcome pack was provided and treats for the dogs. I would recommend to friends and family we had an enjoyable stay as did our little dogs.

What lovely feedback. We are so glad you and your furry family enjoyed your stay. We would also like to thank you for leaving the cottage so clean and tidy, and we would love to see you again anytime as you were definite 5* guests. Property Owner
