Lovely holiday cottage and would stay again,my only very little complaints was I could smell damp dog hair when we first entered the cottage and later found dog hair under the downstairs furniture, there is a hover provided but a brush and mop would have been better so that visitors can clean up properly

Hi Karen, Thank you so much for your booking and also for taking the time to give us this valuable feedback. We were sad to hear that you experienced some lingering pet odour downstairs in the cottage. We have also asked for extra checks to be made and currently reviewing going forwards if we will continue to accommodate pets. The cottage is small and the risk of lingering pet odour with back to back bookings is not something that we want so again thank you for alerting this to us. We had only recently added pets to our booking and this was our only experience of this. We will try and find a space to add a mop and certainly a broom to the cottage as we feel this is really useful suggestion - thank you. All feedback is gratefully received and we really do hope that you will return to Llwyn Hir in the future. Property Owner
