  • "The property was an ideal base for us with easy access to explore."

It was clean and well equipped. The only issue was the pull cord to the shower was to high looked like it had snapped and unfortunately only my husband could switch it on and off. Apart from this we had a perfect time.

  • "Too many things wrong: Bed."

Like sleeping on currugation. Sink water. Hot for an inch then cool. Used kettle. Shower. Feeble. TV-terrible. No 'normal' freeview so had to try to use Amazon Fire; but most apps not set up. Had to use my own TV licence to get BBC sounds. Transferring from say BBC1 to ITV1 took minutes and had to endure the ITV Hub adverts every time. Gave up trying to get Drama etc stations. ITV is only London so no local weather. Had to reset BBC1 myself to get local rather than London for the local weather. Very well equipped kitchen. Convenient for bus and train that I have to use. Could be good, but isn't.

  • "The apartment is clean and modern with all the facilities one would need for a holiday, and its position in a cul-de sac means there is no traffic noise."

The only gripes I would have are personal and nothing to do with the accommodation and they are, the bed was a bit too low for my disabled wife to get out of without assistance, and the Freeview TV only had 12 channels, and a lot of the missing channels we watch.

  • "Right from the start this process was informed, easy and pleasant."

The Sykes call adviser was really helpful and informed. The information received from the owner was really helpful and again informed. Having a coded key box outside the property made this experience all the better and less pressured for arriving. The property was really nice, fairly priced and very cosy. Made my holiday experience all the better and it really did feel like home from home. I will certainly check out Sykes again when planning my next adventure. Thanks to all involved.

  • "The accommodation couldn't be faulted."

As an older couple though we found the parking situation difficult, as we took our car out every day we couldn't always park very near the apartment. Even though the apartment was ground floor this could make for real difficulties for someone who is disabled, or not very good on their feet.

  • "We loved our holiday and your apartment."

It was very nicely styled and our first impression was excellent. Everything we wanted was in the apartment. We were blessed with Mediterranean weather so used the apartment as a sleeping base, and if the weather was very poor maybe a single room as living, eating and sleeping might have been challenging. However the size of the apartment was clearly advertised so absolutely no complaints. We would recommend your apartment without hesitation and hope to book it ourselves again. It is 25C and sunny all the time in Criccieth right?
