• "The property is listed as a detached bungalow."

  When we got there it is actually attached to another bungalow. The property states it is for 8 people to stay, but there is only enough glasses, cups, plates etc for 6 people and we really struggled when we did meals. 2 of us had to eat off the 2 big serving plates. The dining table only has 6 seats round it too, so 2 of us had to eat in the lounge. The property itself is beautiful and you can see it has been recently renovated to a high standard. Other than these issues which could be corrected (the dining table could easily get 8 round it as it is an extentender) we had a lovely time.

• "Beautifully furnished, clean, light and bright property."

  Comfortable beds and plenty of room for 2 families. Hot tub was an added bonus, even though we couldn’t work out how to connect to the speakers it didn’t stop us enjoying it even in the rain. Looking forward to returning at Christmas.

• "We all had a great stay over the weekend celebrating my husbands 30th birthday."

  The owner was great and only a phone call or message away if we needed anything which was very helpful. The house is very modern and spacious the pictures don’t do it enough justice.. absolutely beautiful. All beds very comfy and the house was very clean when we arrived. I will definitely be booking again to take our kiddies and family in the summer!

• "What a fabulous place."

  Everything you could want or need from a perfect holiday home. 4 beautiful bedrooms, super luxurious bath!! Huge kitchen diner. TV in every room, outside back garden with a magnificent hot tub . • "We had a very enjoyable stay at this property just after New Year with our children and friends."

  The house was immaculately clean, with everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were spacious, with great storage and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary items needed for self catering.The hot tub was a great addition to the property and the garden was very tastefully designed too. Location wise the property was great, just a short distance from Llandudno and Conwy. The owner of the property was extremely helpful and was on hand to answer any questions we had promptly. We will definitely stay again :-) Thank you for a wonderful break away.

• "Just returned from a 4 night stay over Christmas."

  We found the property extremely comfortable, spacious and warm. The location was very peaceful with some lovely walks close by. The beach was just a short easy drive away. We made use of the hot tub and the garden was safely secure for the dog. Beds were super comfy which is the most important thing. Will, the host was very obliging. We even had a beautiful Christmas tree! I would definitely recommend a stay.

• "We had a lovely week at Bodnant Road."

  the house itself was very spacious & comfortable, and in particular the kitchen / dining are was perfect for evenings around the table overlooking the autumnal hillside. The garden was excellent for the dog, being completely secure (no gaps under any fences!). The hot tub was lovely and clean and being covered was an advantage in November. We didn't use all 4 bedrooms, but they all looked lovely and beds were comfy. All the furnishing were of a high standards, and the whole property beautifully decorated. The house was in a quiet residential area, and a short drive to both the stunning beach at Rhos-on-sea and the neighbouring Llandudno.

  comfortable and relaxing. perfectly placed in North Wales and close to a lot of amenities. the host was very polite and helpful made us feel welcome and wanted to make sure that our stay was comfortable. the hot tub was lovely being under cover, especially useful in rainy weather. nice and comfy beds and a cozy feel in the lounge area.
