• "A very spacious, immaculate, extremely comfortable & very well equipped apartment/duplex."

  Even though it was only my husband & me staying there, Dilkusha is highly suitable for a family stay - grandparents, parents & children - because it is so spacious. The road is not a main road but is quite busy. Despite this, we hardly heard a sound. It was so, so quiet. It's within walking distance of a Tesco Extra & other supermarkets. Plus there's a bus stop practically opposite to take you to most places. We hope to visit again. Thank you Kay & Richard for the beautiful Victoria sponge. A lovely touch.

• "Lovely warm welcome, very much appreciated the delicious cake."

  Everything you need, very clean and comfortable. Main bathroom really good facilities with large walk in shower. Overall a lovely property. Just one small thing a hand rail on the steps from the lower hall to the upper hall would help for those who can manage stairs but need a little assistance. However this is just a small thing and we would revisit and recommend this property.

• "Absolutely beautiful property."

  The owner left a welcome card and gift which was extremely thoughtful. The property is just stunning! There were lots of board games which kept us entertained at night. Location is perfect, close to Conwy and Llandudno. Will definitely be booking for next year for our family get away! Beautiful property, for a reasonable price. There is a compliment book in the property, each week guests have written excellent feedback.

  The apartment was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. It was so comfortable, clean, spacious and well maintained with everything we needed. Perfect location to various places too. We were made to feel very welcome and the hamper, cake and card was such a kind gesture and much appreciated thank you. We would definitely recommend and return to Dilkusha.

• "What a find for us!"

  We felt at home. Absolute comfort and a very well maintained property. Oh.. and the bed was so comfy in each of the rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dear Richard and Kay, We would like to thank you for the gesture you had shown welcoming us into the property with welcome note, welcome card and the hand selected condiments and the wine!! And the cake…..yum. You know how to please and make people welcomed. I am sure word will spread out quick from us to our friends.
