The room houses two leather armchairs for you to unwind on with a book in-hand, or you can find an additional sitting room with a toasty fire for you and your loved ones to cosy up to after a day of exploring; switch on the TV for some extra entertainment.

When you’re feeling peckish, wander over to the kitchen where you will find an impressive food preparation space that showcases oak and shaker-style cabinets with marble worktops, high-quality appliances, including a traditional range cooker, as well as a spacious breakfast bar that is illuminated by a stylish light fixture; making for a delightful socialising and dining spot.

After the budding chef of the group has rustled up a delicious meal, grab a bottle from the wine rack and savour a feast at the nearby dining table, whilst you toast to this magnificent seaside break.

After dinner, why not venture upstairs and out to the balcony, where you can relax on the array of seating at-hand, as the sun begins to set over Abersoch.

As the evening winds to a close, throw any muddy or sandy clothing into the utility room’s washing machine, before wandering two well-appointed bedrooms on this floor.

The first of these two bedrooms is a fabulous king-size that enjoys a neutral colour palette and access to an impressive en-suite shower room that boasts fantastic features, including: a double walk-in cubicle, double basins and a ring-light; further along you will find another tastefully decorated king-size that boasts French doors leading out to a Juliet balcony, where you can soak in those views.

Completing this floor are two bathrooms, one being a handy cloakroom with a WC and the other being a stunning family bathroom, with illuminated mirrors, integrated double basins and a fabulous bath with shower over.

Continue upstairs to find four more thoughtfully laid-out bedrooms, including two twin rooms that are ideal for the younger ones of the group, with one boasting access to a Juliet balcony and a sleek, en-suite bathroom, and the other featuring bean bags, a toy box and a selection of books, along with an en-suite shower room.

Further along you will come across a spacious bedroom featuring wooden furnishings and an en-suite shower room, as well as a king-size room showcasing grey accents and a large window bringing in those stunning views of the Abersoch coast.

The property boasts access to a large rear garden, where the kids can play to their heart’s content on the lawn, whilst you relax on the shaded patio, or grill up a tasty lunch on the barbecue.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
