• "Decent property but lots of little things which take away from experience."

  Wi-fi name and password wrong in welcome book (how hard is it to write the right one in or just print out the right one). Ironing board but no iron. Shower head just flops unless turned on full. Outside area is filthy, untouched & unloved. You have to guess which door you're supposed to unlock because there's no signage. It's in a good location for town behind the tram station but you'll be walking uphill back each time fyi

• "Fantastic place to stay, in a really nice location."

  Only a short walk up the hill from the North Shore and shopping area, perfectly located for getting onto the first tram up to the top of the Orme, or for walking to Haulfre Gardens and onwards to the west shore. Two things that might be useful for future guests to know - the property has a hairdryer (I wasn't sure so we brought one just in case), and it's not possible to connect anything to the TV, although it is a modern smart TV and it is possible to use the built in apps or cast to it.

• "Everything about the flat was brilliant - no problems at all."

  But we came back from the theatre/pub on Friday eve, it was 11.15pm - and someone had put the latch down on the main front door so we were unable to use our key. We were terrified at the thought of having no access to anywhere overnight. We tried all the entry buzzers - no response. We hammered on the door and eventually a young man from the ground floor flat let us in. It actually happened twice while we were there but we were inside on the second occasion. The solution - The front door lock needs to be changed so that it cannot be locked from the inside only from the outside - that had been done at another flat we subsequently stayed in in N.Ireland and it worked well - as you still needed a key to get in.

• "We loved the location of the flat and it was lovely and clean."

  However it was very basic and we had to buy some cooking equipment for ourselves as we do enjoy that side of ‘self-catering’. Also there was nowhere to hang our coats! The bed was a small double which was uncomfortable for us as was only having one pillow each. Apart from the above, we had an enjoyable stay.

• "The apartment was exactly as described."

  Very lovely, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. It was just perfect for the two of us and nice and warm too. We only booked on the day we travelled and were really pleased when the owner confirmed it was ready for us. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

  Great location just 2 streets away from the main town. Some beautiful views and scenery in Llandudno. The property was spotless and all refurbished Everything we needed at hand. Also the owner was fantastic. Very attentive to any of our needs and nothing was an issues he was very helpful. Would highly recommend this lovely property and town.
