  • "Absolutely beautiful property."

Very clean and well maintained. A great space for a family holiday and location was good for the activities we had planned. Loved the games room. The kitchen was really well equipped and loads of space to gather round the table. On thing I would suggest is to have an information book for things like the wifi - had to do a bit of searching to get connected.

  • "Lovely cottage and nice owner."

Very helpful. Cottage has an amazing games room which we enjoyed alot. Sadly we left something behind and haven't yet heard back from owner. Hoping for a reply :) Thank you for having us. We stripped all beds and cleaned thoroughly before we left. Hope it helped.

Would definitely recommend families to stay here and we would all stay here again. The games room was brilliant at keeping us all entertained through the rainy weather.

  • "Stunning property."

Took our dog on Holiday for the first time. The layout was perfect. Very secure. He loved it. The property has everything you could ever ask for and more. Every room is of the highest quality. The owners should be very proud. Took my parents, aged 81 and 85. They had the double room downstairs as Dad struggles with stairs, however, the steps to the garden were very accessible so we all spent most of the day in the garden. They loved it too. Fantastic property. Booked for next year already.

  • "We had a great time at this property, we had seven of us from three households come together for a long weekend."

The house is in great condition with everything you need for a family to spend time together. The games room was an added bonus which the four boys loved, we think you should highlight this feature more in the property information.

  • "House was extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished."

It was spotlessly clean. We were a group of 7 and there was plenty space. We loved the games room and the upstairs decking area, plus the use of a barbecue. The set up of the house gave lots of privacy and when the kids woke up early in the morning, we couldn't hear them playing downstairs, which was great. Cottage was 10 min drive to Bala lake which we loved and visited twice. Would love to come again sometime!
