  • "Good location, rural and quiet, not far from Hornsea beach, the hosts are lovely."

I think the hot water needs to be turned down a bit, it does get exceedingly hot very quickly.

We have stayed in quite a few holiday lets/cottages and this is by far the nicest we give the whole experience 10 out of 10 .

  • "This was a lovely little cottage in a very pretty little village."

The owners were there to greet us on arrival and very friendly. The enclosed back garden was perfect for our dog and a nice little sun trap with seating area. The welcome packages were a great touch and my son was very pleased with the sweet treats. Very well equipped with most things that we required. Very strong WIFI signal which is a must for us with teenagers. Atwick is a great base for exploring the coast and has a lovely little pub that serves great food. Mr Moo's Ice cream farm nearby was a big hit with my son. The dishwasher wasn't working in the cottage which would of been a problem if we were there longer. Also the master bed wasn't very comfortable, It was quite rocky so we could feel every movement every time either of us moved. Although we are quite spoilt with a very good bed at home. Over all this was a lovely place for a short break and will recommend it to others.
