  • "This is one of the best cottages we've stayed in."

It was so comfortable, clean and well equipped - it makes such a difference to find a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need! The location of the cottage is wonderful - really private and neatly fenced off. We visited the club, which as other reviews have said, provided a warm welcome. There are loads of good things to do in the area. We will absolutely be back!

  • "We had a lovely week at The Coach house Riddlesden, the accommodation was quite compact but nicely laid out, with everything that was needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable."

The host was very nice and the nearby "Members" club was both, friendly and welcoming. there was an issue with the bathroom door, which I was able to carry out a temporary repair. The location was ideal for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire and I would happily recommend the Coach house. Also must mention the Bulsfeild Pub at East Moreton, best Steak and Ale Pie......ever!

Glad you enjoyed your stay, sorry about the bathroom door, it has now been fixed, thanks for making us aware. Property Owner

More comfortable seating in garden would have been welcome. Enjoyed visiting the club where we were made to feel really welcome. Enjoyed cycling the canal tow path in both directions.

Our only reservation was that there was only one toilet shared between 5 people. Thank you.

  • "We had a Great stay at The Coach House."

It is a lovely house set back from the road and very quiet. It's very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and the Sofas in the Living room were comfy too. The shower was amazing (Especially after all those long walks !!) . The Dog was safe to wander round the front yard as its all fenced off. We agreed that it's been our favourite holiday house and would love to stay here again.

Thank you, glad you enjoyed your stay and you would be very welcome to stay again. Property Owner

Really comfy and Cozey. Our dog Minnie loved the space outside and enjoyed meeting Tia, Andy’s dog. (All planned and arranged) Andy the manager of the club made us feel welcome and we loved every bit. Accessible for activities. We enjoyed Brontë country and the museum and waterfall. The east riddlesden house was also fantastic.

  • "Stayed at the Coach House for the second time this year and had the same wonderful experience as before."

The house is spotlessly clean, and equipped to a very high standard. It's a great base for travelling into the Yorkshire Dales and Haworth etc. The welcome from the staff, and members, of the club (who own the property) was really friendly too. We had a fantastic week there, and will definitely be back.

  • "The coach house was perfect for our stay, only two of us, so plenty of room."

We wanted to explore the local area including the dales. We were able do this with ease either driving or using the excellent local bus services and trains. The nearby club was a very pleasant place to go for a drink after a long day and the beer was the best we have tasted in ages together with a friendly and very knowledgeable landlord.

Plenty of room to park in front of the fence in the picture. Need to take careful note of arrival instructions as more difficult to find in the dark! Would stay again and it's a great place to go north and explore the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Lovely walks along the canal too.

Thank you for your comments, really pleased you enjoyed your stay and the lovely Yorkshire Dales. We are lucky to live so close to them. Property Owner

A few things highlighted in the guest book from previous occupants that had not been rectified but didn’t detract from the stay a5 the cottage.

Thank you for your comments, we are new to this so still learning and need to check feedback after each visit. Issue with over sensitive smoke alarm in kitchen addressed. Dishwasher door seal has a slight leak, new seal on order and hopefully can be fitted before the next guests arrive. Property Owner

  • "We all had a great week staying at The Coach House."

It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable and lovely sofas to relax on. The shower is great, powerful and lots of hot water. We were made very welcome at the social club for a drink, game of pool and darts. Central for lots of great places to visit we even hired a barge for the day in Skipton and travelled up the canal in style and had great fun operating the swing bridges along the way, however we didn't get as far as the 5 Rise Locks at Bingley, but we did walk to them along the canal on another day. We loved our holiday at The Coach House.

Really pleased you enjoyed your stay, and thank you for the positive feedback Property Owner

A true home from home and situated very conveniently for visiting the many world renowned places of interest in the area. An additional bonus is the nearby social club which renters of the property have access to. The staff and customers couldn't have been more welcoming to us and we felt very at home there too, better than any pub in our opinion. The whole package is highly recommended and we look forward to returning as soon as we can. John & Shirley
