    It was spotlessly clean and well equipped with top quality kitchen items and appliances. The parking permit worked well for me. The welcome treats were an added bonus and the owners had recommendations for local restaurants etc. All in all, a great place for a stay in Beverley.

  • "We loved our time at No 37."

    Charlie and Kim are amazing hosts and gave us some fantastic recommendations. The house is perfect for 2. Very comfortable and really well appointed . The bed was so comfortable we bought the same mattress once we got home. The place is spotless. It’s opposite the station so easy to use the train. Beverley itself has lots of great pubs and restaurants. We particularly loved Greko and Westwood. There is an independent cinema across the road which has 6 screens and was very comfortable . The Saturday market is well worth a visit with lots of great independent stalls. We were unlucky with the weather, storms in as many days so can’t wait to come back again.

  • "The cottage is ideal for couple to enjoy a break in East Yorkshire."

    It offers excellent accommodation and in a well appointed for enjoying Beverley's shops and restaurants. We found it a wonderful base for catching up with friends and family.

  • "Number 37 is an extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped house."

    It is an older property but has been thoughtfully refurbished by the owners to a very high standard with all the modern touches. The owners are super helpful and hospitable and have thought of everything. Nice welcome goodies, great coffee and even cake! 37 is well placed for a short walk into the town to enjoy the shops, pubs and restaurants but is also close to the railway station giving easy access to nearby attractions. We really couldn’t fault this house and look forward to staying again. Maybe in Spring Summer when the pretty, private courtyard garden can be enjoyed.

  • "Lovely place to stay!"

    Owners were friendly, welcoming and shared their extensive knowledge of Beverley both verbally and in terms of printed info. No 37 was immaculately presented and the ‘welcome pack’ thoughtfully put together. Location was very convenient for both the eateries / shopping opportunities and for train travel.   • "No 37 is a fantastic place with everything that you could need."

    The standard of cleanness was the best we have ever had in a rental property (and we have stayed in a few). The bed was extremally comfortable and we slept well every night. We would highly recommend this property and will be returning again.

  • "Number 37 is absolutely lovely."

    It's a comfortable high end rental suitable for a couple. Pictures accurately reflect the quality of place, courtyard garden gets morning sunshine, bedroom very comfortable. Parking permit sorted out by host,so walkable into Beverley. Hosts provided a personal walk through of the cottage,its facilities and what the area has to offer. This is such a great property that if coming to Beverley again it would be our first choice. Wonderful place.

  • "The cottage is very central and so close to the railway station."

    Beverley is such a great place to visit for the weekend and to explore the wider area. This cottage has four very rare features; 1) Real attention to detail at the concept stage. 2) Real attention to detail during the execution of the project with a very high standard of finish throughout. 3) Real attention to detail in the day to day management of the property. 4) It contains no furniture from the 1990`s when the owners first got married which they simply could not throw away. I stayed for a weekend....but a week is what you need here. Book with confidence.

  • "We loved everything about this property."

    ...from its quiet location in the town ..close proximity to all amenities..public transport on the doorstep ..no need to use the car ..parking...lovely courtyard garden...and No 37 itself, perfect generous size for couples, very well equipped and kept. We can recommended dining at Figaro if you like Italian cuisine..and Sunday lunch at Tomahawk...there are so many eateries & pubs in the town you are spoilt for choice ..good range of shops ..and a very good, busy traditional Saturday market. Beverley and No 37 Is definitely on our revisit list!!,

  • "This property is just wonderful."

    We have previously had a bad experience with a rather dirty property so were a little nervous about this one Absolutely no need, it was spotlessly clean, in fact it gleamed . Everything you needed and some was there, all the very best quality It mentioned being opposite the station and in the town center, which it was, but it was also very quiet The small patio was a plus We will be back

  • "More than a cut above average, the house is a whole slice above."

    Form the luxury decor to the top end fittings and fittings throughout the property. Parking outside the door, and a very short stroll to the town centre, (2 mins). Hosts were wonderful and helpful about the area and where to eat, aswell as intersting places to see. The photos if the garden do not do it justice, its full of plants and very inviting. This house and hosts are well above the normal.

    It's a superb property both stylish and modern with everything you would need for an extended stay.   • "A lovely little space, so convenient for exploring the town, a very short walk from the wonderful minster."

    Directly opposite the train station which we used for a day trip to Bridlington. Very close to charging point where were able to charge our electric car for free. Lovely comfortable bed, awesomely huge TV, all in all a very pleasant stay for us.

  • "We had a wonderful week staying at no."

    37. The cottage is very well equipped and beautifully styled and it was a pleasure to call it home. Our hosts, Charlie and Kim, could not have been more helpful. Best of all the cottage is ideally located so we could leave the car parked and explore Beverley on foot enjoying the lovely cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage and very much hope to return.

  • "We've now booked 6 properties for UK breaks via the Sykes website and No 37 is a 'deluxe 10* cottage', the finest and the best of all of them."

    The owners have restored No 37 with good taste (decor) and good quality fixutres and fittings, making it spacious, luxurious and comfortable for two guests to feel cozy and 'at home'. We slept so well on the luxury Feather and Black mattress and other quality bedding and pillows. We were spoilt by 2 x large screens tv's with all the apps, a Nespresso machine, an ice machine, a Smeg oven, lovely plates, and mugs, everything oozes quality and felt chosen with love by the owners. We knew our hosts would attend if needed, but the cottage ran itself perfectly. Step out of No 37 and you have Beverley on your doorstep so let your car rest and enjoy walking and exploring the historic streets. The Minster is a spectacular jewel, the Stray is a pleasure for a walk, and Beverley Beck has a peaceful footpath close by. A highlight was walking over the Humber Bridge, park your car in the bridge carpark, walk over and back, and each end has a cafe. There are excellent food shops in Beverley, we chose Vanessa for deli, and M&S for staples, and we ate at The Beverley Arms and the Woolpack pub. All the pies mash and gravy are homemade! Beverley also has an excellent Saturday market. The town is busy and feels very vibrant with a real heart. We can't wait to return. Thank you again to hosts Kim and Charlie.

  • "What a find, the quality of this accommodation goes far beyond any we have rented in the past."

    The time and planning to create this beautiful place is a total credit to the owners. It has everything you could wish for and more. The clever mix of the interior design creates a distinctive “wow” factor. We were very surprised and appreciative of the welcoming treats, along with the owners friendly and personal greeting.   • "No 37 is an absolute gem of a house in an excellent, quiet location near the centre of the town."

    It is stylish, comfortable & very well equipped. A lot of love and care has obviously gone into it's creation. There are many thoughtful little touches that show the owners have considered carefully the well being of their guests. It was lovely to be met by the owners on arrival & the Welcome goodies were generous and definitely very welcome after a long journey!!! The bed is incredibly comfortable & the bath/shower is excellent. The beautiful little patio garden is stunning - a haven of peace and tranquillity, which is ideal for a pre-dinner drink listening to the Minster bells!   • "On arrival we were met by the owners charlie & kim , which was a very nice touch a very nice couple , explained where to find information booklets etc for the property , also gave us names of places to eat in the town cracking hosts ."

    Now the accomodation , Absolutely immaculate spotlessly clean home from home very well equipped with everything you could need , nice large bath great shower , the bed was very comfy , nice little seating area outside to enjoy an a beer and relax , fantastic location close to everything .
