5 Customer Reviews

  • "We had a lovely time staying at Stellas Secret for four nights as a family of four with two children one age 15 and one 5."

The house was very clean and in an ideal location for everything that Bridlington had to offer. We parked outside no problem at all. Kids loved the table tennis/pool table as well as the massage chair. Beds were super comfy and having a washing machine and tumble dryer was also a bonus (had to buy own wash powder though but that wasnt a problem at all and expected). There were only a few things we would have liked different. In the kitchen there were no cleaning materials other than one cloth and one sponge and a bottle of washing up liquid, no spray for the worktops and no spare bin bags but we made do. There was also no scissors or bread knife which also would have been handy. The spoons were absolutely massive, even the adults struggled eating with them, the children couldn't even fit them in their mouths. In comparison though the towels were tiny, ok if you were 5 but as an adult they could have just been a bit bigger but again, we made do and not too much of a problem. These are just minor suggestions from us though. On the whole we all had a great time and would definitely book again!

  • "This property was very nice, clean and modern, better than expected."

The only negative thing is the stairs are quite steep for anyone with mobility problems but otherwise fantastic. We had a problem with the the boiler, no hot water so reported it and within a couple of hours it was repaired. Fantastic place, fantastic service, would definitely use again.

  • "Carpets was very very dirty."

Funny smell. All of us was struggling to breathe with something in the air.

Hi, Sorry you had a problem with the air Quality during your stay, it has been very hot for the last couple of weeks. This has been a country wide problem and therefore out of our control. We hope this didn't spoil your holiday. The apartment has been fully renovated this year and is new to our holiday let portfolio. The first booking was in April and you are the 5th guest to stay here. The carpets are new as is most of the furniture so not sure where you found any dirt. (Please look at our previous reviews) Whilst your opinion is valuable to us we do feel this is a little unfair. Property Owner

  • "We have been coming to bridlington for over 15 years and we have to say this was the best home we have stayed in."

Stella's home was immaculate I have OCD and I felt so at ease it was brilliant. A full working kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer everything you need it was like being at home, the dining room was great the table turns into a game's table. We loved the coat and shoe rack. The front room was so spacious and the massage chair was a great hit very well presented. The three bedrooms are the beds are lovely very comfortable you have a toilet and sink on the landing. Through the kitchen you have a full bathroom including a shower and a bath and a toilet so much space. The owners have a lovely home and we will be coming back vert soon.

Wow thanks for your lovely review, so glad you enjoyed. Property Owner
