The location was good for walking into town and as a base for walks along the coast and in the national park. We recommend the nearby Riverside Fisheries fish and chip shop. The parking was fine.

Excellent apartment first class utilities only downside was a "dusty" smell all week in the bathroom had to keep the window open all week plus the door ajar as unpleasant to go into
Thank you for your feedback. The fusty smell is due to an occasional problem with the drains. We frequently flush the drains through. We when we went at the weekend and couldn’t smell anything but appreciate your feedback.

We had one small issue but Sykes and the owner came back to us very quickly and rectified the situation within two hours so that’s great.
We had everything that we needed for our stay, very good value and the location was fabulous.

The location is perfect for walks into Whitby or for a drive out. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for your stay. The apartment block is very quiet and the parking space and lift is a huge advantage. Will definitely be staying again and have already recommended to family and friends.

"This is a well positioned apartment with parking, a bonus in Whitby."
Only 10 min walk to centre. Another car was parked in allocated space but was soon sorted as belonged to maintenance man. Property is very warm and extremely comfy bed. It was very clean. Very narrow view of estuary if sat in right place. Only one hand towel which used by 2 people over a week, with washing hair etc was not satisfactory. Toilet paper was the thinnest possible. Being on 3rd floor was not a problem even with a small dog as lift was always available. Notice in entrance hall states Fire alarm will be tested every Tuesday between 9.am and 11.am but this did not happen ??
The whole area of Whitehall Landing is very well maintained, walk along estuary block paved area well lit at night,good for taking dog a late walk.
Plenty to do in Whitby for all tastes and abilities.

I apologise for the fact only one hand towel was left we always leave three hand towels, you should have contacted us and our house keeper would have brought some round. With regard to the toilet paper we always use high quality paper so I assume one roll was the paper the previous guest had left but the others will have been of high quality 3 ply paper.

"7 Estuary Walk is a lovely apartment and ideal to visit the town of Whitby."
The facilities were excellent although a rail to help you out of the bath/shower would be an advantage and make the process of getting out over the bath easier.
The apartment is nice and bright with a lovely sitting area to relax after your day exploring and sightseeing. The bedroom was a good size and a very comfy bed.
We found the apartment suitable for our holiday break and would certainly use the accommodation again in the future.

"Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location for walking into Whitby (10 minute flat walk) or driving up and down the coast, given that you're out on the main road in seconds, without having to go through town."
Huge advantage in having an allocated parking space right in front of the entrance and a lift to the third floor. And considering it's in an apartment complex it's surprisingly quiet so is a great place to come back to after a day out and just relax in peace and comfort. In the evening if you don't want to go out there's a good range of TV channels, including Netflix. And the fish and chip shop just down the road is superb!
A great apartment. I would love to come back.

The location is ideal for anyone with a car as you can get in and out of Whitby without much traffic. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The modern decor was so soothing, just what we needed for a restful holiday.

It would appear a previous guest logged out fully from Netflix.
Once you emailed us we responded quickly and got Netflix logged back in for you so you could enjoy it during your stay.
