The apartment is beautifully presented. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely property and the welcome tray was a welcome surprise!

  • "Property was extremely comfortable, tastefully furnished and ideally situated overlooking the river."

We were very impressed. The only things we missed were a small frying pan and pasta bowls. Also the option of lighter duvets would have been appreciated. We did find locating and accessing the keys a little tricky (we were not the only ones) but that is down to the building itself, not to Herons Landing.

I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We had changed the duvets the week prior to your stay to the winter duvets. I think possibly leaving the winter/summer duvets in the apartment is worth looking at. Pasta dishes and a small frying pan are now available. Thank you for your feedback. Kind Regards Avril . Also apologies for the delay in replying have been having problems with the Sykes portal. Property Owner
