Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore.

Something a bit special! A stone-built cottage situated in the picturesque and peaceful village of Alnmouth. Fully equipped to an exceptionally high standard and offering that ‘something extra’ for the discerning visitor. The accommodation is ‘upside down’ to take advantage of the lovely views towards the sea and is extremely well furnished and comfortable inside. Golf, fishing and riding are all available locally. Ideally placed for exploring the Northumberland coastline.

Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower room (with WC and basin), 1 x family room with double and single bed and en-suite three piece bathroom (mini-bath). Superb, first floor fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen. Spacious first floor sitting/dining room and window seat in bay window offering delightful sea views.
Gas central heating with gas fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, video. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair by arrangement. Sorry, no pets. Roadside parking. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins walk.
