The property was extremely well equipped, warm and comfortable and in a good location. Good pub round the corner. Easy parking right outside. Good base for exploring the Peak District.

The barn conversion was stunning. It was extremely well equipped and the village of Brassington was gorgeous. The location worked well for local amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend there. The wood burning stove was particularly good fun and effective!
Miss Murphy, London, December 2011

The cottage was very homely and comfortable, we didn't want to leave!
Mr McNally, Tamworth, November 2011

The cottage was very well equipped - plenty of DVD's, CD's and books were kindly supplied by the owner if you wanted to use them. Also plenty of condiments and cleaning items supplied, which was thoughtful. The village was very picturesque and the cottage was close to many pretty villages and interesting places to visit. The two pubs were in walking distance and great for food, drink and a chat with the locals. It made a very good and comfortable base.
