The covered private patio has a glorious hot tub, rocking seats and a swing, ideal for alfresco dining on a sunny day, whilst on the farm itself you will have the opportunity to see a donkey, some chickens, cattle and calves, plus the next door neighbours have show shire horses which you will see grazing in the fields. At such a wonderful cottage you may not venture far, but if you do you will be spoilt for choice with walks and cycle routes, the local market town of Newcastle Emlyn to explore, the coastlines of Carmarthen, Cardigan and Pembrokeshire, or perhaps a steam railway ride. Note: The cottage is accessed down an uneven farm track of 0.3 miles, care must be taken. Note: As this is a working farm there will be some tractor noise. Note: Water supply is from a bore hole.

Within driving distance is the town of Carmarthen, Dylan Thomas' Boat House in Laugharne, Cenarth Falls, paintballing, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, Oakwood Theme Park, train rides at Henllan, along with an array of castles, mills and craft centres.
