  • "LOTS of Positives *Really friendly host, Queenie, met us on arrival and even helped with our bags."

*Very generously provided a whole range of goodies - cereal, eggs, bread, milk, tea, coffee, Welsh cakes etc *Very warm and cosy caravan *Lovely bedding & plenty of towels *Quiet, peaceful spot *Private field just opposite where the dog could run around Things to consider *Pictures don’t show that the caravan is on a very steep slope down to the river, if you have small children or dogs that don’t have good recall it could be quite dangerous. It looks like there is quite a big space in front of the caravan but it’s really just a narrow track for one car. *Shower had very little pressure, could be modernised

  • "The name says it all."

This little hidden gem is a perfect stay to relax and read a book or go off and explore. Queeny and Colin are the perfect hosts. The generous welcome pack was a lovely touch on our arrival. This was our first stay at chill out holiday but definitely not our last we will be back. We look forward to the next trip very soon.

  • "A real gem if you want to get away from it all - a cosy, comfy bolt hole where we certainly chilled out!"

It really is as the pictures show a little hideaway, with the constant babble from the stream in the valley below. Perfect for our aging dog - a gentle stroll up and down the lane was all she needed to supplement a visit to one of the many beaches less than an hour away. Everything we needed in the kitchen and a generous welcome pack - we didn't need to buy breakfast for our stay! A warm, friendly welcome from Queenie and Colin who instantly sorted out the bulb that blew during our stay - attention beyond the call of duty but not obtrusive in any way. We will certainly be returning soon!
