  • "Thanks for a lovely cottage to stay in, really homely."

Our dog was happy and settled. Really comfy to chill out for our short break. The weather was not to good but we still went out every day, we have never been down this south before. Went to national trust has well, got the dog on the beach he loves that but won't go in the sea!! We had a nice break, so thanks again for a lovely place to stay.

  • "The cottage surpassed our expectations and we would be very happy to stay there again."

It was also good for our two dogs to have an enclosed garden. Whilst we had no need to contact the owners it was good to know they were close by and they left a very friendly note for our arrival.

  • "A Fantastic Stay in the Perfect Cottage Our stay in Ystabl Robyn exceeded all expectations."

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a lovely stay. First and foremost, the cottage was super comfortable. Warm and cosy, it felt like a true home away from home. The location of the cottage was absolutely ideal. Well situated, we found it really easy to access good roads that took us to stunning destinations all over South and South West Wales. It was like having the entire region at our fingertips. The cottage was incredibly well-equipped with a large open-plan kitchen diner, complete with all the things one could possibly need. Preparing meals was a pleasure. After our day trips out, it was a joy to sink into one of the comfy sofas to watch tv or simply relax with a good book. Plus, the added bonus of outside space for our dog made our furry friend just as happy as we were. Throughout our stay, communication with the owners was seamless. They were genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was excellent. The eggs straight from the farm were delicious. It's these personal touches that truly set this cottage apart. There's something special about cracking open an egg for breakfast and knowing it was laid just a short walk away from where we were staying. To top it all off, there were lovely walks up the road, providing the perfect opportunity for us and our dog to stretch our legs and take in the beautiful countryside. In summary, our stay in this cottage was simply brilliant. From the comfort and convenience to the outstanding amenities and personal touches, it couldn't have been better. We highly recommend Ystabl Robyn to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in South/South West Wales.

Very comfortable and clean & Madeleine is a great host, providing a lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Very central to lots of great places to visit - the highlights were Dinefwr Park & Castle and Rhosilli Bay.

  • "Absolutely beautiful property in a lovely spot."

We had such a relaxing stay and it was great for our dog with a well enclosed garden. We visited Tenby, Llanelli and Carmarthen towns; swam in the sea at Wisemans Bridge which was a brilliant find as it wasn't crowded at all. Recommend a visit to Dinefwr castle and Newton House and you musn't miss the National Botanical Garden where you'll lose a few hours!! Definitely hope to return here in the future!

  • "The upper bedroom was a bit awkward to climb the steps as we are older clients but I’m sure children or teenagers wouldn’t have a problem."

Fresh eggs are really nice. The cottage is in a good location to get out and about from .
