  • "A well appointed property with good access to all coastal areas also Minster and Dunwich Heath."

    The property was spotless and the extra touches added by the owners made it special. I.e, the welcome pack and the mini toiletries. Also the selection of cleaning materials made it easy to keeep clean.

  • "Lovely holiday house in the village of Peasenhall (with tea room and general store) and an ideal choice for those wanting to explore the Suffolk coast."

    We walked along the coast at Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold and at Dunwich Heath with yellow gorse. Its a delightful area: we visited Framlingham Castle, Snape Maltings, Sutton Hoo and the estuary at Woodbridge. The house is very comfortable, warm and clean and has undercover parking, a pretty courtyard garden and a conservatory for dining; the owners have thoughtfully provided many extras.

  • "Well equipped and spotlessly clean."

    The lovely conservatory was a bonus (the photo's don't really do justice to this) and in the summer would be a great additional room to relax in. Perfect base to explore the area & we would book again.

  • "We were very impressed by this cottage."

    It was beautifully presented, very clean and tidy and extremely well-equipped with all we needed. The beds were very comfortable and enabled a good night's sleep. The little courtyard garden was a lovely feature and the house's situation in a quiet complex, close to the centre of the village was excellent. We were in easy reach by car of all the towns, villages and sites we had planned to visit.

    ..a modern build...situated in the quiet village of Peasenhall. Spotless throughout. Clean bright decoration....welcome pack and local information provided...comfy beds. Light and airy with a homely atmosphere, be welcomed into this lovely property by a sitting room with a selection of sofas, perfect for reclining in with a coffee and planning the day ahead of you.

When mealtimes call, a well fitted kitchen caters to your culinary needs, a great spot for social cooking and the dining room is simply splendid, with the addition of a window seat and wicker chairs, as well as tasteful seaside themed décor, and from here you can open the glass doors and enjoy the fresh countryside air, giving easy access to the south-facing garden where dining alfresco is a must.

Freshen up in the family bathroom before settling down for the night in one of the two double beds.

Peasenhall is a wonderful rural village with a local shop, countryside walks and a tea room, where you can enjoy homemade cake and coffee.
