  • "The Nookery is set in really peaceful surroundings yet close to all amenities, the coast and interesting places to visit."

The Nookery is really cosy and had everything I needed plus a secure, enclosed garden, which was perfect for my dogs and I to relax in. The owners, Aline and Matt, are lovely and kind. I would recommend this haven 100%!

  • "A delightful property in a lovely setting!"

Comfortable and peaceful, one of the best stays I've experienced. Perfect for exploring this wonderful part of Suffolk. From fish and chips on Aldeburgh beach, a pint in the Plough and Sail, Snape, to walking my Golden Doodle, Mabel, on Tunstall common. Outstanding!

  • "We really enjoyed our stay in the peaceful, secluded haven of The Nookery."

The property has been thoughtfully converted to give spacious, stylish accommodation with good quality furnishings and fabrics. Plenty of hot water and generous heating added to our comfort, as well as the bed, easily one of the best we've encountered in our travels. A special mention to the pretty, private garden, also the easy to follow directions, ample car parking and the well lit entrance through a wisteria arch leading to The Nookery itself, all so well designed and maintained. We also appreciated the entrance lobby/ utility room/ drying room, a really practical feature. Thank you! We would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

  • "We loved the Nookery cottage, beautifully furnished, welcoming and comfortable."

The addition of the private walled garden was a real bonus. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility, knowing the owners were available close by if needed to sort any minor problems was great. Would definitely recommend the Nookery cottage and we should love to return on another occasion.

  • "Lovely cottage , well equipped and a good base for touring Suffolk ."

The only point I would raise is the path leading to the property has several loose setts making it a trip hazard .

We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at The Nookery. Our apologies for the trip hazard on the pathway but it transpires that a mole has taken up residence under our path and pushed a few of the cobbles up en route! Thank you for bringing this to out attention. Aline and Matt Property Owner
