Just show me Cornwall Farm Cottages
Introduce your family to rural life amid idyllic surroundings
with a stay in a Cornwall farm cottage.
They come in various sizes and locations. Some are by the sea,
others amid open moorland and some Cornwall farm cottages are
tucked away deep in the Cornish countryside.
Perhaps you'll start the day cracking eggs, ones that
you've collected yourselves, of course. Kids will love bottle
feeding lambs and milking goats. There may be pigs, cows, horses
and hens. Cackling geese may startle you at first, but once you get
to know them - and they get to know you - you'll soon discover
what characters they are.
Once chores are over, it's time for sightseeing. Attractions
range from family theme parks and art galleries, to historic
monuments and award-winning gardens. Spend a day on the beach
surfing and sandcastle building. Walk along the coastal path or
cycle along the Camel Trail. Sample the freshest fish and chips in
a picture-postcard fishing village. Or take advantage of other
activities at the farm - some organise things like guided pony
trekking, while others have children's play areas.
A holiday in a Cornwall farm cottage may be a bit smelly and
also a bit noisy, but it's bound to be fantastic fun!
