  • "Been here before a wonderful apartment spotless very quiet area parking space and near beach and town centre."

  • "This is our second visit to this beautiful apartment."

The only thing letting it down was there was no contact number for the owner to report any problems ( for all the years booking with sykes this is the only time we have experienced this. The top stair is coming away and considered dangerous, but unable to notify anyone. Also feel as a lock on the door of the apartment would be appreciated. Lock on front door not enough

  • "A lovely apartment, providing a touch of luxury in Lytham."

The first thing I normally do is go round cleaning when I arrive at a holiday let. No need to here though, it was absolutely spotless and had a bright and airy feel. A generous welcome pack greeted us too. The heating was easy to control, the bedding was excellent quality. The owners had left an A4 list easy to read list of useful information such as Wi-Fi code, and on the other side was simple and clear information on how to operate appliances (whey don’t all self catering places do this?). The smart TVs were a bonus and we were able to log in and watch NOW TV and Amazon Prime as well as the usual channels. There was great communication from the owners too. The apartment was around 10-15 minute stroll from the centre of Lytham and there was a bus stop at the end of the road that went into Blackpool. All in all a lovely place to stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

St Annes nearby has a lovely beach and shopping in Lytham centre is very good. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and well presented.

Those interested in craft ales can take a tour of the Lytham Brewery, whilst walkers and twitchers will adore the rolling sandy dunes of St Annes-on-Sea and the Ribble Estuary providing a safe haven for more than 250,000 migrating birds that return each winter. The area is internationally renowned for golf with four courses to choose from, the most notable being the Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club, one of the host courses for the Open Championship. Traditional seaside pastimes can be enjoyed at St Annes-on-Sea with a pretty pier and charming little beach huts in an array of pastels offering visitors a unique, exciting addition for a day beside the sea.
