  • "We had a brilliant stay at Little Reef located in a peaceful position to tour the coast, the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed."

Just one little thing was the recycling the boxes was full and it made it difficult for us to dispose our rubbish

Thanks Michael, we are glad you had a nice stay, noted on the bins, we have asked the changeover company to put the bins out if they are full up. Also we ask guests to leave bins out when they leave but this does not always happen. Thanks. Property Owner

  • "The ad is misleading as it states for 6 people, but the small bedroom only had 1 bed and 1 mattress on the floor, no cupboard or wardrobe/rail."

The owner said this room is only suitable for small children which is not on the listing. Dining is very small for 6 adults and the living area did not have enough proper seating for 6 people. The outside furniture also did not seat 6 and had no table for the 'alfresco dining' the ad mentions and the pictures are wrong as there is no deck. Kitchen utensils very basic, not 1 wooden spoon, no serving bowls or decent oven dishes for 6 people and not enough cutlery (only 7 knives?!). Clear glass in the downstairs loo. Not enough storage in master bedroom, no drawers, poor quality blinds, no place for toiletries in master en-suite. No place to dry wetsuits if you're on a beach holiday. The instructions to find it could be much clearer, both us and Sainsbury's struggled.

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry your holiday experience was affected. This is the very first time we have received this feedback so we will make amends to the advertisement accordingly. We have to state 6 guests in website filters as we have had many families of 6 who found the property suited their needs perfectly but I understand if you have older children or adults the third bedroom would be small so we will amend to one single bedroom plus trundle bed. We will also replace all the missing items stated below immediately, thank you for bringing this to our attention, ensuring our guests have an exceptional holiday is our number one priority.
