  • "Fantastic property - we were looking for somewhere quiet enough to sleep but not too far from Dartmouth centre (or with too many steps down), but we weren’t expecting such a lovely view too!"

    It’s was perfect, and the owner made us feel welcome and that he cared if we were ok. Really appreciated the care taken and comfort provided. We don’t often revisit the same properties, but I think we’ll be back to this one, if it’s not fully booked!

  • "Lovely property, good quality furnishings."

    Great location with a wonderful view. We were there during the Regatta so we had to park a mile away from the property, we’re weren’t made aware of this until we arrived at the property, so this delayed our check in time by an hour, due to road closures. There was no Wi-Fi in the upstairs bedroom.

  • "This property is a jewel in the Queen's crown."

    The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything that you need for a short break or longer stay. The gifts of wine, afternoon tea, milk and doggy treats and ID tag were a really thoughtful touch. The location of the property is excellent and we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning again and again. Thank you.

  • "Modern open lounge dining kitchen area on 1st floor."

    Main bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Immaculate and clean. Downstairs twin or double bedroom. Separate toilet and shower in very compact room off the stairs. Great view from swivel chair in the bay window in the lounge. Owners were terrific at communicating we could arrive early and leave later which was good to know. S

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes.
