The location and property were perfect, it felt homely and great to come back to at the night time after day trips out. Couldn't recommend the cottage enough, pleasant stay and perfect setting for a holiday.

Mr Smith, Manchester, March 2014

Fantastic cottage, lovely little extra touches to make our stay even more special. The owners of the cottage are so nice and have thought of everything. Very clean cottage. We had the most amazing weekend, thank you!

Mrs Moran, Bristol, March 2014

Secluded location, the beautiful décor was to a high standard. The cottage felt homely and welcoming, the owners have done themselves proud, we look forward to coming back in the future! Sykes staff were superb also, extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my booking in their hands. All round - fabulous!

Mrs O'Keeffe, Boldon Colliery, February 2014

What a beautiful cottage! The photos do not really show you how lovely it is. On arrival we found we had been left a welcome card, bottle of wine and eggs and milk. The attention to detail when decorating was wonderful and everything was of the highest quality. Would definitely recommend this for a romantic country break. We had a fabulous time!

Miss Bell, Hatfield, January 2014
