  • "Delightful setting, fabulous cottage with everything you could need (and more if you count the welcome treats!"

) Ideal location for so many English Heritage or National Trust places, and for numerous Hadian's Wall sites. Nearby places to shop and eat. Hope to return with friends to the larger property which looks equally lovely.

It was spotless when we arrived and the owner was so welcoming, loved the little welcome pack of wine, biscuits and fudge, such a lovely touch. We will certainly book again when looking to go to this area of the country again.
