  • "Fantastic property in a beautiful, picturesque setting."

Lots of space for a family of 5 (it would even accommodate a lot more). Everything was on hand in the fully equipped kitchen with lots of seating. Lovely owner who came to check everything was ok on a good few occasions. An all round great Christmas thanks to our stay here and I will definitely be going back.

  • "Beautiful destination, lovely, clean and well facilitated cottage."

We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely family break away from the busy lifestyle despite the weather. No complaints from us

  • "The barn has been very well converted and provides spacious and comfortable accommodation."

The garden is very relaxing and the property is an ideal base for Hereford, Hay on wye, Ledbury and lots of other very pretty places. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, and shower rooms have a great pressure! It is quite remote with the nearest shop a couple of miles away, and from some directions access is via a very tight country lane. Only slight drawback was the flies everywhere and a lack of basics such as bin liners and cleaning products. DVDs would also have been very welcome!

It was a lovely place to spend a week with family - light and airy and in a beautiful location. The hosts were attentive, friendly and approachable without being intrusive at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

  • "The property was amazing, it was 1 of 4 barn conversions on a working farm."

It was better than expected, the owners were very friendly and welcoming and if anything was amiss they were on hand to deal with it. We never had a problem. Excellent for the children, we had our own private garden that led onto a communal field that was safely enclosed. They loved going to see the sheep. Excellent base for exploring, we were out every day. Pembridge village was picture postcode as was the accomodation. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

  • "Nice cottage but we were overrun with flies."

As fast as we could get rid of them more came in. We couldn't open a window the whole time which was a problem as yet weather was very warm.

  • "Driving through the beautiful Herefordshire countryside to Luntley Farm gives you the feel good factor."

On arrival, our expectations of the beauty of the property were not disappointed. Sympathetically restored former hop barn, the huge ground floor space was exceptional. The underfloor heating kept the property really warm on some chilly nights. A spiral staircase led to two good size double rooms, one en-suite. Plenty of storage space in these bedrooms. Third bedroom with bunk beds was small, but perfectly ok for children. Small criticism would be that the double bed was very low for a couple of “seniors”. Mobile phone signal was nonexistent, but no complaints as we chose this area for peace and quiet. Small problems quickly attended to by owners, so all in all, we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

  • "Lovely, well-equipped and furnished holiday home."

Owners were welcoming and live in the farmhouse nearby - always available to assist with any requests or problems, big or small, without being intrusive. Beautiful location on a working farm and lots of space for children to play safely.

  • "The cottage was extremely clean and spacious, it is decorated and maintained to a high standard."

The owner on-site and happy to address any queries you might have. The view to the front of the property overlooks a picturesque Dovecot and the small garden at the back catches the sun and is ideal for eating outside round the large table. The nearby village of Pembridge worth a visit and is ideal for eating with pubs, cafes and village stores. We enjoyed our week and would happily recommend it to others.

  • "We had such a lovely week at the Hop kiln, We are a large family with 5 children ranging from 1- 14 years and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and play without getting on top of each other."

It’s lovely being in the middle of a farm and our 3 year old particularly enjoyed leaving his curtain open at bedtime so he could wish the sheep goodnight! The barn is spacious, warm and comfortable and really well equipped the only thing we missed which would have been useful was a mop! The owner was lovely popping her head in on our first evening to say hi. It really was the most relaxing week away we’ve had In a long time and we will definitely return :)
