This picturesque village has a number of much-loved features such as its small triangular green (used for concerts in summer), market cross, traditional stocks and babbling stream. You'll also find a fantastic selection of walking, cycling and nature trails, an astronomy centre and a scenic Forest Drive that takes in The Bridestones - extraordinary sandstone stacks protected by the National Trust.
