Rivermead is a three-bedroom cottage situated in the seaside town of Seaton in East Devon, located along the breathtaking Jurassic Coast.

Situated close to the beach, town centre, and with direct access to the Seaton Wetlands centre and its popular walks, this is an ideal location for couples or families to escape to at any time of the year.

Rivermead is a spacious and well-presented holiday home, with a bright and welcoming lounge and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings.

The well-fitted kitchen offers everything needed for mealtimes with a small breakfast table offering ample seating, the ideal spot to sit with your morning cup of tea whilst you plan your day ahead.

A wonderful feature of this cottage is the large sunroom at the rear that is accessible from the lounge and kitchen, giving guests an additional sitting room with a large dining table looking out to the pretty courtyard garden.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms; the double bedroom overlooks both the front and rear of the cottage and has direct access to the Jack and Jill bathroom, fitted with both a walk-in shower and bath.

A twin bedroom and single bedroom are also situated on this floor.

Outside, there is allocated off-road parking for one car with additional roadside parking available, making this a great choice for those wishing to get out and about to explore this much-loved area.

A unique seaside town in East Devon, Seaton sits right in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage site.

With a large variety of places to eat, drink and relax, Seaton also enjoys a wide range of amenities including fantastic water sports and family friendly leisure attractions including the popular Seaton Tramway.

The mile long beach has Axe Harbour, a small marina, at one end and at the other Seaton Hole with plenty of opportunity to savour an ice cream or some fish and chips along the Esplanade.

It is an idyllic spot for swimming or water sports - kayaks or stand-up paddleboards can be hired locally.

Situated in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the area is a popular choice for walkers with the renowned South West Coastal Path taking in neighbouring seaside villages of Beer and Branscombe and rewarding walkers with amazing scenery and coastal views.

Popular days out include the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth, home to hundreds of donkeys and open throughout the year, or Lyme Regis, known for its iconic Cobb Harbour, Marine Aquarium, and the Langmoor gardens that overlook the bay.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
