This bustling market town is one of the region's prime shopping centres, with a range of specialist antique, art and second-hand book shops lining the Georgian High Street. There are auction rooms too, attracting collectors from far and wide hoping to find that special something. On Tuesdays and Saturdays the streets come alive with colourful market stalls, while the monthly Country Market is a good place to stock up with tasty provisions for your Honiton cottage holiday. The town also offers lots of places to eat and drink - restaurants, pubs, take-aways etc.

View a collection of Honiton Lace and learn all about the town's interesting lace making past at the Allhallows Lace Museum.
